Not horrible, but I won't be going back.

I took my Honda Pilot here when the check engine light came on and it was running sluggish.  The people here were nice and helpful, but the price I was quoted on the phone for inspection ($60) wasn't what I was charged ($110).

They said I'd need to pay $1500 to get my car running again... to replace all my fuel injectors.

I took it for a second opinion to a Honda dealer to find out that it was the wire connecting the fuel injectors that was bad NOT the fuel injectors.  This ended up costing me $200, instead of $1500 at Autopia, which wouldn't have even fixed the problem.  Autpoia's diagnosis wasn't wrong, they just didn't correctly identify the problem.

I don't think they are dishonest or unreasonable.  They were just simply wrong about my car... and it almost cost me $1500.  I can't afford that type of honest mistake, so I will not be returning.

I took my buick into autopia as it was leaking/dripping coolant,  a while back.  They were so inept that after they supposedly repaired my car, the next week i noticed it dripping coolant again. I called about it and was ignored.  I then took my car into another shop and it was fixed right away.  In fact, the new shop could not ever find any "new" parts on my buick that was supposedly fixed by Autopia....  Nuff said!

Ok, so after my last review of Autopia I decided to write a letter to management voicing my concerns. I got a call from one of the managers or co-owners a few days later wanting to repair the situation. I was highly impressed by this because I know that you would never get the same attention with a big business. Dave, the gentleman I spoke with, explained why it might take longer at his shop (waiting for parts) than a bigger shop - which I totally understand.  He was also very apologetic that I left on a bad note and asked if he could repair the situation with me. I thought this was *very cool* so we worked out a pretty good deal and I'll definitely give Autopia another chance! Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone is willing to be cool about it and make a peace offering - Autopia definitely steps up to the plate to repair cars (and feelings) making sure they keep customers happy and coming back.

The have very nice people working the front desk, but I wonder if those guys get paid on commission.  It's staggering how much money they've taken out of my checking account in the last 6 months.  I just got a second bid on a job and the other guy listed all possible repairs to be made, just like autopia, and came in at half the price.  I feel used.
