Best price in the valley and very fast and efficient service. I called around for quotes and got the best one here and the gentleman was very polite and professional. He met me in my residential garage and had the job done in under an hour. My car was broken into and as sucky an experience that was, I'm glad I discovered AutoGlassLA on yelp. I'd gladly refer 'em to anyone with the same or similar scenario.
Have your windows replaced here. -

Okay, where shall I begin? Hmmm... ahhh, yes the inevitable chunk of concrete that knicks your windshield on the freeway as you try to dodge that shady looking construction truck... I know its happened to the best of us, and up until the other day I can proudly say I was knick-free.
But the other day my fiance and I were driving and "the knick" took place. The crack has been growing and growing and today it just got out of control. I could literally watch it grow bigger and bigger with every bump we hit on the freeway.
It was time to find an auto glass repair and installation company on yelp, but the thing is that my fiance had 3 job sites today so I had to find a mobile company who could meet him at his job site and replace the windshield from the street.
I found a tint company with great ratings but they didn't do windshield replacement so they referred me to Mark here!
I called Mark right away, he answered right away and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I got the quote over the phone, liked the price, moved forward with it and fortunately he was available same-day!
We set it up and he was scheduled to arrive between 10 - 11am this morning. He arrived at about 11:30 which was a bit stressful because my fiance had to leave his job site by 12:30 latest in order to make it to his next job site on-time. I also let him know when we were scheduling that if there was any way he could arrive closer to 10am that would be ideal. It turns out that as soon as we booked the appointment he went straight to a Toyota dealership to pick up our rush custom windshield order, and that's why he was late. Which was honestly fine with me! Even though he was a bit late he rushed over to get our windshield that wasn't in his current stock to service us ASAP, which is really what matters here.
He showed up at the location of the truck, got started and it went very smoothly. It took about an hour and he was totally done! New windshield, awesome! He did a spectacular job and we were thrilled.
This is a really great service this company has going here, and they really saved us a lot of trouble by having a mobile service.

I came in for a windshield replacement and was quoted the cheapest price but for an authentic mercedes windshield. I was already there because of the great price and reviews on yelp, but after having some great conversations with the manager, Marc, I myself had a great experience as well. We talked not only about business but also working out, family, and he recommended a book about positive thinking to me which I just got. I'm glad I drove the extra few miles to this place rather than have a come and go experience at any other. The time flew right by! -

Sorry it's taken me a while to write this review. I don't have any excuses, I just procrastinate sometimes.
I first spoke with you early one weekend morning when the place a friend recommended didn't open at the time I was told they would.
I then yelped around and found you close by and you had great reviews. We talked on the phone and you quoted me a price that was within my budget and I headed to your place.
I think the mettle of a business is tested when things go wrong, not when things are hunky dory. There were some hiccups...some staff called in sick so 1st Class was late to open, but when you arrived you made it a point to show your concern for the late opening and wasted no time getting to work on my car.
There were some unexpected perks to being the victim of a late opening and I appreciate all that you offered with the windshield and defroster problems I was having.
I'm definitely planning on coming back to you to fix the door problem I was having too.
I don't live near 1st Class...but I'd drive back to get the same service I got this day. I also met another customer who also drove a long way to come back to this business: a testament to you and your business.

A.K.A. 1st Class Auto Glass...maybe Ace Auto Glass, as well?
Extraordinarily polite owner, who was also the installer. Kind and accommodating. On my first phone call, he explained what they did which set them apart from other glass repair services...i.e. they drove the vehicle after the new glass to ensure a tight seal, they did not bend the bar between the 2 panes of glass like other places, etc. The prices seemed a tad high, but I had to claim some ignorance. It may have been on par - $150.
I had my rear drivers side quarter window installed in 40 minutes, and he even vacuumed out the remnants of the previous window.
There were a odd quirks: Small shop, difficult to find, pay close attention to the directions above the address on their website!
I was asked to review them online and if I had a Google account, which I found odd. Then again, it may be a one man startup shop. In that case, good for the pro active marketing push. But I felt pressured to now review them.
I also do not believe the car was road tested, like I was told it would...and I think they only accept cash. You could have heard a pin drop when I whipped out Mr. WaMu. Had to hoof it to find an ATM. The office is also in complete disarray. Comfy couch, but dirty and messy atmosphere.
3 Company names at the same address (a garage?) Ace Auto Glass, 1st Class Auto Glass and All American Auto Glass. That's odd.
For a quality job and personal service, I recommend it. Want to be pampered? Go elsewhere and pay twice as much. -

Experience
9:00am appointment Tuesday morning.
8:58am - I arrive and they are closed, no big deal though.
9:10am - I go to check all the doors just in case I missed something. A guy approaches me and tells me that someone will be there to open up the shop within 15min. (Should be open by 9:25 then?)
9:30am - Still waiting.
9:35am - About to leave when someone pulls up to open up the shop. They tell me it will be about an hour and they will call me so I go over to Costco. After an hour and 15min. I start to wonder if they are going to call me so I go over and my truck is done.
Price
They were $1 cheaper than the "special" price Auto Glass LA quoted me. I also had to pay in cash to get this rate.
Conclusion
I decided to come here because of the Yelp reviews and the guy I spoke with on the phone sounded fair in his explanations of the cost details.
My main problem was the fact that they were 30+min late to the first appointment at their own facility. This is just rude. I understand stuff comes up, but just call me. And, if the appointment is a ballpark estimate then tell me so I can show up sometime between 9-10am also. Btw, if you say you are going to call me when my vehicle is done then please call me.
All in all, I might come back if the need arises.
(note: I feel like I'm being pretty generous with the 3-stars and if it weren't for everyone's 5-stars I might possibly go with 2-stars.) -

This is what I for a boozy night on the town: car broken into, my goods stolen, and a shattered window. Dang!!! 1st Class Auto Glass was the first search google result that came up this AM.
I called to get a quote @1130, brought my car in @ 1230, and left with a new window @145. Window was priced competitively. Lifetime warranty on the window and labor. The owner explained how they fixed the window, what the warranty entailed, looked over the interior to see that all the glass was vacuumed, and made sure the new window worked before I left. The owner and staff go beyond the call of duty - they pulled out a dent in my bumper!!
I really hope I don't have to go back to get a shattered window fixed again, but I would DEFINITELY go back! -

My car was broken-into for the second time in a year. Found them on Yelp, and they got my window for me in just a few hours. The guys replaced my passenger front window in about an hour. They were very nice, the owner was very cordial and made sure everything worked properly.
Do make sure you clarify method of payment before-hand, and find out exactly how much you're paying using which method.
I'd recommend them. -

The back window of my Rav4 shattered into a million pieces. I called late on a Saturday and Mark took my call. It was great that he was responsive and reachable after hours. I had a plane to catch on Monday and needed to get the window fixed so I could leave the car in airport parking. Mark used Sunday to locate the replacement glass and came to my home on Monday to install it. He made sure all the glass pieces were cleaned out of the back of the car and I was ready to go.
Mark communicated with me throughout the entire process and gave great service for a bargain price. He went the extra mile finding my glass on what should have been his day off. I would trust him with any auto glass job and recommend him and his company in a heartbeat. -

I was pleased with the service i received at this place, Katherine was the person who I spoke to regarding my car. I literally brought my car 15 mins before noon and picked up it up by 2pm. Katherine was very accommodating with everything regarding scheduling and making sure they ordered the proper windshield for my car. Two thumbs up!!

My car got broken into the other day and they smashed a small part of my window. I took it to Casey at 1st Auto glass, and I got to say I was more than satisfied. Casey was so nice and he gave such a great deal and also did an amazing job on my window. It took no longer than 30 minutes and they vacuumed up the rest of the shattered glass in my car.
Hopefully in the future I don't have any car windows breaking, but if it happens I will definitely take back to this shop :) -

Initially I agreed with all the positive comments below, that all changed when Marc gave my car back.
He said he could fix my broken window and would guarantee 100% satisfaction, well I was not satisfied. After he replaced the glass, my window did not roll up right, when I took it back he said the mechanics of my car were too complicated and to fix the solution he would remove the window....
I couldnt drive around in the rain without a window so I took the car back to the dealership and it cost me $200 bucks to fix it.

I mistakenly told them my vehicle was an '08, but they informed me it was an '09 and the glass they had ordered would not fit. Without delay the manager (owner?) informed me and was on the phone ordering the new pane of glass. While it took longer than expected I never felt rushed or ignored. I had taped up the window so there was tape glue residue that they even cleaned off for me.
Try these guys if your in the area! Be ready to pay cash for the best deal. -

Terrible service, when i initially called and spoke to Marc he was extremely nice, and ensured that I would be satisfied. So i took my car in, and got my drivers side window replaced.
A week later i noticed my window was not rolling up and down correctly, I called Marc and at first he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After i brought the car in for the 2nd time he finally admitted that they do not properly know how to install the glass on my car and make it operate the same. He offered to take the glass off and refund my money. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Funny how he never mentioned it earlier. Terrible service, and terrible customer service. Do not be fooled by Marc he knows how to get his customers, but fails to deliver. If you want a faulty window that does not operate got to them. -

I will definitely recommend others to 1st Class Auto Glass I called to make an appointment to get my passenger rear window replaced. The appointment was for one o'clock. The owner was very friendly and told me that I would be done before I had to be at work at three.I got there at one and was out of there at one fifteen. Way before time. The guys at 1st class are so professional and the price was very reasonable. I told the owner that I hope I didn't have to come back to see him, but if I did 1st Class Auto is where I will go. Excellent service

Driving home from a weekend in Sacramento, a rock hits my windshield. I wait to get back to the SFV to get it looked at and as I entered the valley I put "Glass" in my GPS. A few names down was 1st Class Auto. I took a chance, rolled up and maybe 20 minutes later I was back on the road, fixed window and all. They even gave me extra tips to keep the chip in better condition for a longer amount of time to prevent any further damage. Super fast and very friendly! Thanks Casey!

My boyfriends car got broken into and he was totally pissed when the la police totally blew him off.
Anyways he yelped on his iphone and found this place.
They took care of him that morning. got him manufacturer's glass and got it done in time for him to still get a half day at work in.
The prices were good and they took great care of him. the only down side is that they didn't get all the glass vacuumed up. Otherwise a really great job by them -

My car was broken into about a year ago - the passenger window was smashed. I had it fixed and about a month ago it broke off the track. I researched online to find a reputable company so I wouldn't have to go through this again. I liked the reviews for this place so I thought i'd check it out.
I have to say their service is friendly, fast, and affordable. I was amazed that the total cost was only $100 and that includes a lifetime warranty! Mark is very knowledgeable and efficient. He makes sure you understand what your issue is and how he will fix it. Check this place out! -

Amazing job and amazing prices. Very friendly but most importantly the job was done above and beyond what most places do now days. The quality of their work makes it worth spreading the word. I've noticed a lot of auto places don't take the time to make sure everything goes back exactly how they removed it, this place does! They even let you watch them do their work. As you may know most places don't do that because they don't want you to see how they treat your car, they don't mind because they are doing a good job. They even worked with my work schedule and let me come in after work. Wonderful service wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!!!
