Once upon a time a few weeks ago a sixteen year old accidentally backed his dad's BMW into my Camry. How Scottsdale I know. Unfortunately Carl (my Camry) had a messed up hood, a popped out light, and loose grill. After dealing with his insurance they told me to take my car to Auto Body World. Of course I was a little hesitant at first, having to use a shop only they would approve, but I'm happy to say I got my car back today and the whole experience was very easy and painless.
One thing I was very happy with was the entire staff at ABW. Everyone from the receptionist,managers, and mechanics were extremely helpful and kind. When I brought my car in for the estimate it was quick, simple and thorough. And when I brought my car in to be serviced they set me up with the Enterprise in the store so I would have a car while mine was gone for a week in a half. The guys at Enterprise were great too!
Today it was also very simple for me to get my car and go. It only took me about fifteen minutes to look at my cars new parts, return the rental, and I was done!I think my car looks great and I really appreciate that they not only washed the outside but cleaned the inside as well (that must have sucked)! I can't really say how good of a deal I got, because I didn't pay for anything... kids insurance did ,but I would definitely recommend their service across the board!
