As a long time contractor/business owner I know all about customer service and how important it is. This is my first encounter with this company and I am very impressed. I hope I never need a windshield/door window replaced again, but if I do I will most certainly call them! I called in the morning and had the work done and the installer (Mike) gone by 1pm. Awesome! And hey, the free pizza helps ease the 'bite' of the expense! Speaking of which, I found the cost to be very reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past. Yahoo!
