Nathan was great. He educated me on the whole process and helped me refine the characteristics I was looking for in an office. The offices he showed me were absolutely perfect for our needs.
This was second time we have used Nathan and I would call him again in an instant if we are ever in the market for another office. -

Nathan did a great job of handing my initial wish list of commercial office needs and turning that into a realistic set of options available in the Austin Area. He also helped negotiate an atypical arrangement where we inquired about still occupied space and worked out a suitable deal with the tenant, existing leasee, and my organization to move in within 30 days. Plus he's friendly and professional, so what's not to like.

Our company was started on the premise that we want to provide high quality service to businesses no matter how small are large. Being a small company allows us to give smaller companies the level of service that bigger companies typically get.
Meet the Business Owner: Nathan K.
Nathan Smith specializes in Tenant Representation helping Buyers and Tenants lease and purchase Austin office space, Medical space, Retail space and Industrial space, and has successfully completed over 130 lease and purchase transactions in the Austin area. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Nathan spent 10 years as a sales executive in Medical and Technology sales where he consistently exceeded sales goals while helping to achieve the goals and objectives of many of his Fortune 500 clients.
Nathan graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University in 1995, earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Business. To help pay for college he served 6 years as a Medic in the Air Force Reserves. He has his Real Estate Brokers License and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Nathan is happily married to his wife Jennifer and has one son, Ryker.
