I went in the other day to get vaccination shots for my trip to South and Central America and got the pleasure of meeting Rebecca Johnson, RN who administered my shots.  I figured it was going to be in a get-ya-in, get-ya-out sort of affair but nurse Johnson gave me an overload of information on where I was going, what medical dangers were involved and even some advice on gear and supplies that I should take.  She even threw in the H1N1 on the house as well as a huge packet of information on every single country I was going to be in.

I'm giving this place -1 stars for freaking me out about the Dengue Fever which to my dismay isn't just a semi-decent indie band.

This is a money-grabbing patient conveyor belt. Went in 3 days ago with terrible abdominal pain. The doctor came in, gave me an all of 30 seconds exam, said a bunch of tests needed to be done then walked out. Pretty sure he never looked me in the eye, touched my sore spot for less than 3 seconds. I had to stay and give blood & urine, then had to go to have ultrasound work and x-rays done the next day. That was 2 days ago. No call back from the doctor. If you want to be treated like a piece of meat to be tossed aside by a doctor who doesn't actually examine you and just wants to get as much money out of your insurance company as possible by ordering tests, THIS is the place!

    Update:

So I saw the 30-second Dr. last Tuesday. He promised me we'd have something by Wed. Went for additional tests Wednesday, was told they'd have stuff back to my Dr. within 24 hours. No call Thursday, no call Friday. Called just before closing on Friday to ask for a call from my doctor. No call all day today, called back again today was told it takes 7 to 10 days for results, to which I replied my doctor told me we'd know the next day, rude lady answering phones said they only thing she could do was put another call back note. The first one wouldn't work, so I told her I'd just see someone else. This place is a SCAM. STAY AWAY.
