Kyle whom I got to know through a networking group has been nothing but exceptional in his professionalism helping my wife and myself find our first home within the Austin area. His depth of knowledge, his desire to help us, his passion for his chosen profession are all unquestionable. Kyle was our realtor in Austin while we lived there. Unfortunately we had to move to Dallas but he was great in researching the different areas for us and ultimately finding us a great place 200 miles from where he usually works. Great guy and fun to look at properties with. As good as it gets...

Established in 2003
Austin Realty Experts was established by a broker who wasn't content with the status quo. The real estate industry has long been an industry with few barriers to entry for agents interested in making a few quick bucks. After graduating from the University of Texas, the founding broker's idea was to create a source for excellent professional services that spoke for themselves. The business has grown steadily ever since!
Meet the Business Owner: Kyle F.
Licensed in 1999, Kyle started with a career in the University sub market. Selling condos to parents of college students as well as working with investors looking to diversify their real estate portfolios with university area housing that has consistent rental histories. This proved to be a valuable training ground as Kyle continued to seek additional education and designations within the real estate industry. In 2003 Austin Realty Experts was formed, expanding their reach into land sales as well as second home and first time home buyers.
