I went there for the first time and I liked it. The guy (I think he is a co-owner) was really cool and knows how to sell. I liked the fact that their prices are very competitive. I did a price comparison with Binny's and Austin's Liquors came cheaper. Some items were as much as $10.00 cheaper than the average liquor store. I like their yellow (sale) tagged items. I Don't drink much but I am building my own mini bar at home and I bought most of the items that were on sale (sold t cost). Good place. I will most likely do most of my shopping there.

NYE 2011 was a scene! I saw so much excitement and leg in here. Mere hours to the big countdown and you would think the party was in here.
A decent booze shop when shopping for that in this area. Also, it happened to be one of few shops still open till midnight on NYE. This is one of THE shops for Skokie and Evanston peeps and if you know drinking age people you could possibly bump into them in here. Decent selection and a few varieties you haven't seen elsewhere. Picked up my first bottle of Honey Stag.

They have sake here!
But, don't forget to buy your favorite asian beer at the local asian market because they don't carry KIRIN LIGHT.
Their cheapest moscatto for $4.99 is heaven! And its 750mL =]

Creepy-looking place. Creepy looking guy hanging out outside. But hey, it's totally worth it for the excellent selection. I'd definitely go there again for my all of my booze needs.
