Wow... this was a great experience.
Max is 16 years old mini schnauzer. He is in great shape, but he is still an older boy and I feel extra special attention. After reading the previous reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Dave who was great and asked a lot of questions about my owner, Max. We booked a date and time and he said Candace would be coming out.
Candance arrived on time and couldn't of been nicer. She bonded with Max. Asked questions about his likes and dislikes and whisked him away to her van parked in front of our house on the street.
Within 35 mins or so Max was back in the house, smelling good, looking good, and not stressed. We are now set for regular visits by Candy. The pricing is fantastic. Much lower than I have been paying in the past. I took a look inside the Van and it is clean and orderly. She used a special shampoo for Max's dry skin, trimmed his nails, and trimmed his beard a bit.
I don't want this review to take away from or suggest that Pride and Groom who I have been using is not great. Because they are..... I still highly recommend Pride and Groom, however with Max's age I don't like him being gone from home all day, never want him to be caged,
If you have an older dog, or want some in-home service I think you should give this company a call. I can only speak for myself, however now that we are on a regular schedule my price for once a month bath is $65. and when Max needs a cut the cost will be for bath and cut $75. Like I said their prices are perfect. Even if you take you dog to work you could still have this service come to your office since they use their own water supply. -

We have never used a mobile grooming service, but I decided to try Aussie after our lab rolled in something awful (animal poop? dead animal?) It was a Saturday morning and I was disappointed when I got the voicemail, but thrilled when Dave called 15 minutes later. I was even more thrilled when he said Candace could be at our door within 30 minutes.
Candace arrived on time and dished out lovely compliments about my kids (always a smart thing to do!) and, more importantly, was great with Butter. She didnt seem fazed by the stink and cleaned/groomed & brushed her teeth perfectly. Candace even gave me great tips about how to avoid the problem in the future.
Overall, a great experience! -

I am ecstatic with the service received from Aussie Pet Mobile. The reservationist (Dave) was friendly, the groomer (Candace) was at my door on the exact minute and even finished in less time than expected. She had to shave matted hair off the back of my overweight, moody and skittish cat. I was stressed! The groomer handled the cat very well, and my cat did not seem to be overly stressed after her shaving and first-time ever bath. Well done! Additionally, by using a mobile service, I helped alleviate the stress of carting my cat to a noisy groomer and exposing her to foreign smells. Door to door great service?! I'll be calling again.

I was told over the phone it would be $85 and then after they finished they charged $95. I don't appreciate being mislead.

We recently moved from Santa Monica to Marin, and were hoping to find a mobile pet groomer as great as the Aussie Pet Mobile service we used down south.
I am very pleased to report that this Marin one is even better than the one we loved in Santa Monica (the one that had flowers delivered the day after the birth of one of my kids!).
Candace is truly the best. She is extremely gentle and loving w/ our 15 yr old senior citizen cat. Always on time and very efficient. The van is extremely clean and the service very sanitary.
We couldn't say enough good things about Dave and Candace! Worth every penny. . -

These guys are the best. I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I called them on a Sat AM hoping for a miracle opening for my long haired cat to get a much over due bath and trim. Long shot but Dave, the reservationist, worked with the groomed and I to make it happen. Candace, the groomer, couldn't have been nicer and did a great job with my overly matted kitty. He now looks (and smells) beautiful! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. 5 stars for flexibility, professionalism, convenience and overall value

I was very pleased with the Aussie petmobile here in Marin County. I hurt my shoulder and my very active Brittney Spaniel, Copper, was proving to be too much for me to give a bath. I have always gone to the do-it-yourself grooming place in town, but decided to try having someone come to my home. After talking with Dave of Aussie PetMobile, who was very professional and accommodating, we decided to schedule an appointment for Friday. Copper took to Candice immediately, since she spent time talking to him and giving him love. He happily went with her out to the van in our driveway and that was the last we saw of him for about 45 minutes. When Candice brought Copper back he was happy and proud ... smelling and looking clean and fluffy, and sporting a fine blue bandana. Copper was fluffy except for his face, and Candice explained that this is because they don't blow dry their clients' faces. She did, however, manage to brush his teeth, and recommended to us that we brush his teeth at least once a week. She gave Copper a nice green toothbrush. Overall our experience was a very pleasant one, and the top off was that Dave called us after the appointment to see how things went and to ask us if there was anything we felt needed to be improved on. I will definitely use the Aussie Petmobile again. Thumbs Up to them!
