I wish I could give "0" star because this company is a piece of crap. My family moved from a bigger house to a smaller house then to another house.
The first time was not too bad. It was quick and nice. Though the second time they stole tons of crap from us. Here was their tactic: There were 3-4 men helping that day and they were first being cautious moving things into their truck with all the things wrapped nicely. But when they arrived to the destination they were unloading very quickly and just tossing our boxes everywhere. We were unhappy when we recognized the boxes were misplaced. All of us were talking to one of the guys while the rest of them were "inside the house". My mom put expensive items in her personal walk-in closet inside her underwear drawer very deep inside but the guys managed to pick out the most expensive items in her box. They also managed to steal other more expensive items including game boy advance, my sister's ring, etc... by carefully opening my sister's night stand drawer. We filed a police report about this incident but nothing was filed against the moving company. I bet they have done this many times already.
They are professional stealers with a game plan to raid people's home. It is very sad that people trust this moving company to move our things but end up being a victim. Never ever use this company. -

ZERO STAR. They are simply the worst. Bunch of thugs. We moved our office and they broke our $40,000 equipment and at the end of it still have the nerves to ask for tips! My assistant then gave 4 of them $60 to split and one of them started to bargain aggressively and refused to leave. We threatened them by calling the cops and they threatened us back. In the end we gave them $100 and told them to f off. Unbelievable. They do not provide insurance but claimed they do. Watch out.

O star from me, I made an appointment with them a week in advance. On the moving day, no call, no return call and no show. A real pro alright.
