Auntie Anne's Pretzels

I was so excited to get my pretzel dogs and it was such a bad experience. As soon as I got there I started ordering my boyfriend's items then mine. The cashier told me that the mini pretzel dogs would take about 10-15 mins which was fine with me so I said yeah I'll wait. Then I asked for just a classic pretzel and again she said the same thing, but then she suggested the pretzel bites so I took those instead of the large pretzel. At the end of it all, she never rang up my mini pretzel dogs which was the whole reason why I wanted to go there in the first place. Ruined my whole mood. Place was not busy so I'm sure they just wanted to clean everything quickly and get out.

Even though the coupon we presented said it was valid on our mobile device, the gentleman at the counter refused to honor it. He said that it was their fault for telling us that we could use it on a mobile device, and that he actually needed a printout. He refused to honor the coupon, and refused to do anything about it. He didn't even apologize. As these people are clearly liars, dishonest at heart, it will be a cold day in hell before I ever give them my money. I took time out of my day to go to them, as they ask me to in their coupon, and that was time wasted. Don't bother going here.

As they are using dishonest tactics to get people to go to their store, promising something and then refusing to follow through on that promise, my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau.

Average service for what is usually experienced at this location. The manager working is usually in a good mood. Staffing seems to change often

I was in the coastland mall in Naples Florida and I was ordering my usual which is a cinnamon pretzel and a water the person I forgot the name of the person but he was very very rude to me he says we do not give out water we charge for water for 2.55 for a cup I thought that was very rude, then he told me that I will not be able to purchase my pretzel until I purchase the water I don't know that how you run your business but that to me it's not acceptable customer service I got very angry and walked away I do not appreciate being treated like that.

I'm not going back for a while I do not think customer service should be like that at all

The other comments where like a while ago but no it changed its is now improved i liked the pretzels it's not burned

The prices definitely aren't the same as they used to be, but we assumed a pretzel and lemonade was going to hit the spot the way it used to.

My cinnamon sugar still had eight pounds too much topping on it, my lemonade still tasted the same, but to my disappointment... some of my sugar was burnt on the back of the pretzel! Ok, kind of a lot of it was. Bummer.

Overall, worth the few minutes of nostalgia, the employee was doing her best to feed the line, just beware of completely rude (mostly tourists) shoppers who don't care about anything except getting their free sample!!

Bad. Almond pretzel was burned on bottom and dried out. Kid at counter should have known better than to sell it. I regret not returning the pretzel to them. Never again! Coastland Mall.
