I grew up going to this mall since this is the biggest shopping center you can get in Augusta.  They've definitely changed a lot in the past 5-10 years.  There's been a ton of new stores added, and the food courts were completely re-done.  Sure, some of the stores still look kind of old (Sears, JCPenney) but for the most part I'm pleased with the remodelling they've done here!

The biggest additions are Dick's Sporting Goods and the Promenade outside -- basically an extra section of cute clothing stores, plus P.F. Chang's and Moes!! They even added an Apple store here, and it's not a frenzy like you would see in NYC at any given time!  The Promenade has cool stores like Barnes and Noble, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, The Walking Company...

I recommend Little Athens Gyro in the food court (plus the China Express for yummy lo mein).  Sarku is always good -- there's always a line there.

Still hoping for the Nordstrom's here since I'm sure the rich housewives would appreciate it (and me!) but until then, you still got Macy's!

Clean, bright sun light everywhere, 2 story renovated mall with a good size food court.
Doesn't look like much from outside, a nice surprise upon entering

This place has come a long way.  I like the additions to the area for instance, the square.  I like the chain stores- Sephora, Forever 21, Barnes and Nobles, Aldo, Macy, Etc.
Parking is not bad, but I wish that Augusta would build another Mall.

    HELLO!~
Sephora, Ann Taylor, PacSun, JC Penney, Macy's, and Barnes & Noble... then throw in a little bit of Charlotte Russe... and now all I need is that Forever 21 that is "soon to come".

I'm not a mall rat, but seriously - what's with the low rating??

I honestly didn't see anything questionable here - LOVED finally seeing a mix of people - and thought it was great how the layout is half outdoor/indoor - as far as the shops went.

I really enjoyed visiting on Saturday and am pretty stoked that I live so close - because if I need something - I'm pretty sure it can be found here for the most part.

I never thought Augusta would have a nice mall like this. The mall has a Sephora, Barnes & Noble, Aldo, Macys, Dillards etc. I wish they had a Nordstroms, but o well.
The mall is super clean and I love taking my kids to the indoor play area located on the bottom level by Dillards.
Their food court is also kept very clean and organized. We love eating at Sarku! There is ALWAYS a line for their chicken teriyaki.
The only downside to the mall is that on Sundays they open at 12!!! I know malls in different states open their doors at 6am, even when the actually stores are not open. It allows residents to walk indoors and stay out of the heat. I hope they change that about their hours and soon esp with the humid summer around the corner.

I always find awesome sales at Dillards and Macys (clearance) and I enjoy coming to this mall.
They have a "new" area by the apple store/pf changs/barnes and noble with a water fountain. We always stop by there to throw in a few pennies and make a wish. A must for kids :)

I was really surprised to see that the mall offered so many variety of stores. Considering the fact its in a small town like Augusta.
People were extremely friendly and the stores offered variety of products and services to consumers.
The staff at Macy's in particular, especially at the fragrance counter were very nice!!! ;)

You're not missing much here. The food court is lacking, there are not enough stores. At one point in time this used to be a decent mall but now it's just a teenage paradise to pass time on a friday night.

From everything else I've seen in this town, I'm highly impressed with the mall. Great stores like Banana Republic, Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Hollister, Barnes & Noble, Sephora, etc. are found here. It gets an "A" for being modern. It is also conveniently located by a PFChangs and a Chop House. It also has a pretty cool fountain outside with neat blue-lighted steps. Gotta admit, for Augusta, they did a good job.

On a weekday, the mall is okay for families, but Friday and Saturday night the place is taken over by kids and thugs. I worked security there for three years and still wouldn't take my family there over a weekend.

I spent many an hour in my childhood waiting around in the Augusta Mall food court after eating with my grandparents.  After growing up, we were allowed to go walk around the mall by ourselves while our grandparents sat around talking forever and seeing who they knew that was also in the food court.  The mall has the regular expected stores, and the clientele is a diverse mix.

rude security, half empty, and why put stores outside when you have empty stores inside? i try to enter the stores from the parking lot.
