My smile make over is so fantastic ! I love love it so much. I get so much compliment of it.
I gain a lots of confident after my makeover. It doesn't look like those old style veneer that so bulky .
I've been to so many different consultation and always end up with unsatisfied and unanswered and feel being push to something.
But Atlanta dental spa is different they didn't tried to sold me anything.
My first consultation was so easy an relax and Dr.Estep answered all my question that I have without obligation to buy anything.
I knew it right then and there, i've found The Denstist that care for what I need. I was like this is it! No more searching, I found it at last!
My whole makeover only took a liltle over a month!
And they work with good health payment plan which is fantastic and work really well for me!
And the staff is so nice and knowledge able which is a plus!
I would give ADS more stars if there is more . -

A spa with a dentist? you're not dreaming. I have had such positive experiences with Dr. Estep and the staff at ADS.
I went to the Roswell Location and despite the unassuming look from the outside (office park) inside is indeed a spa.
I had to have a crown installed and I literally was so comfortable I nodded off! Noise cancelling headphones and dental techniques had me so very comfortable I nodded off during the drilling process! I have no dentist anxiety so if you do that may not be your exact experience but I can't compliment a dentist more than saying this.
It's incredibly clean, waterfall wall, modern as you want it! I am a loyal customer for life. -

I hate the dentist. Seriously. I'm terrified of going so I've put it off for too long. I finally bit the bullet and called Atlanta Dental Spa to make an appointment to get my teeth whitened. They were so flexible and willing to work off of my schedule, which was wonderful. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the kindest office staff I've ever met (myself having worked in medical offices for years). They were so genuinely friendly and helpful that I immediately felt at ease. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment, but they took me right back. The hygenist, who was absolutely precious, explained the whitening process to me and asked if I had any questions- then we were ready to get started!
When she leaned me back in the chair, I saw a TV to my side and she said I could pick whatever channel I wanted to watch. Then... I saw the TV in the ceiling. Not kidding. I got to wear headphones and watch HGTV (best dentist appointment ever, right?!) and it completely took my mind off of my teeth. She kept checking on me to make sure I was okay- and boy was I- pretty sure I dozed off a few times!
I wish I could give Atlanta Dental Spa a million stars... seriously. They are awesome! So kind, friendly, patient, understanding, welcoming- it makes me want to go back! This will definitely be my dentist's office from now on. Love ADS!! -

many thanks to ADS for finally giving me a dentistry practice to call home in atlanta :)
if you're searching for a new dentist---Dr. Boulden and staff are where it's at. beautiful office, nice folks, and as high-tech as it gets. i've had a cleaning and x-rays, and a small filling (yikes!) done and all of it was...really pleasant. seriously. ultra gentle and fast, which is all you can ask for when someone is about to put sharp metal objects in your mouth!
aside from the twice-a-year general check-up type stuff, they also offer super premier cosmetic dentistry services, whitening, et al.
can't recommend these folks highly enough! -

I actually look forward to my next visit - pretty much unheard of for a dental appointment!
My favorite part was not only the genuine concern that everyone expressed, but also the fact that everyone took the time to explain the procedures to me, along with the current state of my oral health and its prognosis. Amanda the hygienist and Jessi her assistant, as well as Dr. Estep were friendly welcoming and caring - Top notch professionals!Comment from Peter B. of Atlanta Dental Spa 4/2/2012

This was the 1st of 4 dentists I visited for "smile consultations". I had braces when I was in high school but was never really good about using my retainers so my teeth are only mostly straight. Since then, I've also had 2 professional bleachings (3 years apart) and more recently, a deep cleaning for gum issues that are starting to become a problem. My point is, my teeth look fine and no one would ever have anything bad to say about them, but they certainly aren't Hollywood perfect either.
I've always been intrigued by veneers and the way they can improve a B- smile to an A++ smile so after thinking about them, and saving up, for the last 6 years or so (I had heard that veneers were approx $1k each), I finally decided this would be the year to start seriously considering getting veneers and Googled my way to 4 cosmetic dentists with fantastic reviews. NOTE: I automatically crossed off the Atlanta Center for Cosmetic Dentistry because I knew it would be insanely expensive simply because it's a "name" everyone knows and thinks of first when it comes to veneers.
Below, I'm going to review THIS particular practice and link you to the other dentists so I can keep these reviews as relevant as possible. Also, keep in mind that I'm reviewing these practices for COSMETIC dentistry only. If I were to guess, all 4 of these would be great choices for general dentistry.
Dentist #1: Dr. Boulden
+ The office is very well laid out, spacious, and full of windows.
+ The staff is suuuper friendly and knowledgeable.
- My visit began with an office tour where you get to see client pictures and awards everywhere you turn. The tour was nice but it felt too "polished" to me, like a well-rehearsed sales tactic.
+ Once I sat down, several details digital photos were taken of my teeth and smile and then displayed on a huge 40+" monitor...I've never seen my teeth that close up and huge and, as you can probably imagine, every flaw was magnified 50 times for anyone walking by to see.
+ Dr. Boulden then came in and spent a good amount of time with me, discussing what I disliked about my smile, showing me some pictures of different veneer options (shape, size, color, etc), and finally giving me his recommendation of doing 8 or 10 top veneers. As soon as I starting asking about cost, he was outta there, LOL. Understandable though, as the quote came out to approximately $1700 per veneer...multiply that by 10...
+ I'm giving Dr. Boulden bonus points for suggesting a "cutting edge" perio-tray technology that he believes could help immensely with my gum problems and keep it from getting worse as I age. I had never heard of such an option before and had pretty much accepted the fact that I would need gum surgery in 5-10 years so this news was quite exciting!
- As I was getting ready to leave, my "treatment consultant", Jaime, told me that she was waiving the $87 consultation fee because "she had fun" with me so I was definitely happy about that part...little did I know then that complimentary consultations were pretty standard for what I was looking for.
SUMMARY: I'd probably get my veneers done here if/when I make the decision to get them...but for the time being, Dr. Giesler may have talked me out of it for a couple years.
Dentist #2: Dr. Giesler (http://www.yelp.com/bi...)
Dentist #3: Dr. Patel (http://www.yelp.com/bi...)
- Quick note here: I asked him about the perio-trays that Dr. Boulden mentioned and he flat out told me that he thinks they're just a gimmick. *sad trombone*

This is a very nicely decorated office. I had gotten a great deal on the Boost whitening last year through Groupon. I am lucky that I got such a good one-time deal because teeth whitening is not cheap. I finally had it done yesterday. The technician was really nice and personable. She explained the procedure in detail and put me at ease. She set realistic expectations and made sure that I understood. They have a tv in the ceiling so that you can watch during your processing time, pretty cool! I was able to choose a tv program of my liking to watch. My experience was really nice and if I got another great deal I would have it done in the future and recommend them to a friend.

Dr. Boulden was amazing..so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable! The whole feel of the place is more like a spa than a dental office...I had an unbelieveable experience and would recommend it to anyone!!

Review from M C.
Fort Lauderdale, FL
I met my husband three years ago just before he was to have veneers put on his teeth. To me his teeth were perfect, white and healthy. Two of his front teeth crossed over slightly and a family member talked him into the veneers. I had only known him a short time, not long enough to talk him out of the procedure. He did have some second thoughts, but the Dr. talked him into proceeding. I do not understand why any dentist would grind down healthy teeth when he could have recommended braces to straighten the teeth or some other option which any professional would have done. My husband went from having the smile of a young person to the smile of an old man. The teeth are grayish white and straight and look like false teeth. Needless to say my husband now regrets having good teeth ground down. One of the veneers fell off when he was at work and he is now so paranoid about eating anything that he cuts his food into small pieces, even sandwiches--so afraid that one may fall off at an inopertune time. My advice, please explore all options if you have nice teeth so you will not have similar regrets and understand that this is permanent and you will have to live with this forever. It is very expensive and this practice also charges excessively high fees for teeth cleaning and they try to sell you everything under the sun.
