Really great, large park. Baseball, basketball, volleyball, play structures. Picnic tables and BBQ.
My favorite thing is there istons of grassy area. You can play football or frisbee and not have to worry about other people getting in the way. -

I've been living on the Dublin/San Ramon border for over 6 years and I recently discovered Athan Downs Park in San Ramon while I was

I was so delighted to see all of the mature trees lining the walk path and the group picnic area. There is a GREAT spot to hold a large group picnic. It features large built in bbq grills, conveniently located bathrooms, and has a large children's playground.
Athan Downs is a relatively large park which has a sand volley ball court, two baseball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball courts and large parking lot.
This is a great park to spend the afternoon in with your family or just to walk the dog. -

Awesome park!! There is so much space and a perfect place to have a picnic!!
