This review is for Lan, a senior level stylist. She is FABULOUS and knows how to give a FANTASTIC cut!
Because I have thick, long, wavy hair, I need a stylist who can give me a nice cut that flatters my face, take off the weight and boxy look of thick hair, without taking off too much length. Lan does EXACTLY what I want each time I go to her!
She asks questions before she begins, makes sure she understands exactly what I want done, and periodically checks in to make sure I was doing great. When I ask to have an inch off, she really does take just an inch off. She listens and executes accordingly!
The massage during my hair shampoo was super relaxing, the cut and style didn't feel rushed and I loved the end results. I even still liked my hair even weeks after the cut!
Way back in April, I went back for my second haircut here and had another great experience. Since my first person was on maternity leave, I was paired with Natalia. She's cool, confident and easy-going. I had photos of how I wanted my hair to look for my wedding, which was a few weeks after my appointment. She looked at the photos, asked me a few questions and then started my haircut. She was so confident with her shears that I had no fear that she was going to give me what I had asked for. And she did! My hair was exactly the way I wanted it for the wedding... I loved my experience with Natalia. I went back recently for another haircut and was lucky to get a last minute appointment right before her vacation. This time she gave me a scalp massage which was the only thing missing from my first appointment with her.

My resident hair stylist was out of town the same weekend I decided I absolutely needed a haircut. So I looked into places I'd want to go and between all of Palo Alto and Santana Row - Atelier was the only one that seemed to have everything I wanted.
The personnel is very nice and accommodating, as well as informative. They tell you how green everything is (from the floors to the products) and give you a mini tour. And by mini, I mean mini, because if someone is going to give me a tour, I'm usually under the impression that there is a lot to see. Well there isn't.... there's the shampoo bar, the cramped/overheated room to change that has a water heater or something in it, and then the main room where you get cut & styled.
Anyways, I'm just saying that while nice, the salon isn't sprawling.
My stylist was Lindsay and she was really attentive in asking what I wanted. It was actually really reassuring that she was confirming what an inch or two off would look like, etc. While the cut did seem to take a little longer than usual, she did a great job (scalp massage, also amazing) and I would definitely recommend her.
I love this place enough that I am willing to drive all the way to Santana Row for a haircut. I discovered it here on Yelp after frantically looking for a substitute for JUUT in Palo Alto where I had a terrible experience.
It may look like an upscale salon but all the stylists are friendly and willing to work with their clients on what they want. At the same time they give great suggestions and are highly skilled and professional. My only complaint is that there is a slight turnover on stylists so I have occasionally requested a stylist I liked and he/she wasn't there the next time. However, I don't know if this was just my bad luck or a common industry thing.
I started coming to Atelier a little less than a year ago and I am a changed woman. I have never been loyal to a hair stylist before but Jaimee redefines every experience I've had as someone in need of good hair. I usually leave hair appointments thinking, meh, it's okay, but with Jaimee, I am always so excited. In fact, I was leaving for my appointment today and my husband said, "Are you getting your hair done?" To which I replied, "Yes, why? Is it looking that bad?" He said, "Nope, I just like it when you get your hair done because you come home so happy." Ha. It's well worth the price for the best hair cut and color I've ever had. Jaimee, you have a loyal follower.
i have been going to anastasiya aka stassy for a while now and every time i leave her chair i feel simply amazing and beautiful about myself. As a hair dresser she is amazing and can practically do anything that i desire. Last night i went to her to cut my hair from an Aline bob to an a symmetric pixie. It was something i have been wanting to do for a long time and she finally gave me the little push i needed to do it. Not only did she do a fantastic cut and color, like always, but she made me feel amazing about having my hair short and i absolutely adore it. She has this crazy ability to read into who you are and what style you would like and hits the nail on the head every time. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to take a trip to atelier and have stassy do your hair
I recently had my hair cut and colored here with Anastasia. She was very nice and very good. I would recommend her. Also, she is at the intern level so she is less expensive than other stylist who would prob. do a similar job.
I had some extra money to spend, so i decided to treat myself to a haircut from here since it had pretty decent reviews.
It ended up just being OK. I guess i got a fairly conservative person because I was asking for an edgier haircut because i get bored easily and she didn't really do that. She gave me a "safe" haircut with boring layers, despite what i was saying. I spent $70 there and I could have gotten the same exact haircut at some cheapo place for much much lower.
because of this, i haven't gone back.

Consistently good since my move to the South Bay. Unlike most of the other businesses/restaurants on Santana Row, Atelier is more than just for show and location.
As picky as I am about my haircut, this place always delivers! I usually pay between $40-$50 depending on who I see. If you're one of those who thinks that's too cheap for a decent haircut, well, they've got stylist that charge a lot more to suit your taste too.
I also love their complimentary tea and scalp massage with your choice of essential oils too :)
Tip: They have 2 locations on Santana Row so when you make your appointment, make sure you ask which one it's at. One is over by Fantasia and the other is over by Amber India.
HI!Once again I've been in Aveda Ateiler studio(olsen drive) and again i was surprised by perfect service received there.Girl on reception desk,Becca,has great ability for work with customers and advanced hairstylist Natalia did something wonderful with my hair.She asked me about my preferences and perfectly choosed the best color for my hair matching it to my eyes and skin color.After that she did some magic using scissors and I've got the perfect haircut after that..

My best girlfriend and I get together every few weeks to have lunch and do girly things. So yesterday we decided to have a leisurely lunch at Santana Row (see review for Village Bistro) and play.
She happened to have a coupon for a sample at Atelier so, we dropped by on a whim. As she was getting her goody, I noticed that Aveda has a makeup line. Now, I'm one of those people who likes to experiment with my look though I often feel like I'm unsuccessful, so I'm always looking for tips. As I was browsing a clerk asked if I had questions, when I replied that I was looking for advice on eyes, she gave me a couple of suggestions then offered to hook me up with Liz one of the in house make up artists.
Let me tell you, I have a new make up hero. Liz is incredibly patient, listens well, and intuitively knows what works on a person. She completely transformed my look into something that made my eyes and hair color pop, worked well for day and could easily be tweaked for night.
I honestly didn't expect to walk out with a whole new look but Liz is so gifted, I purchased just about everything she used. After she worked her magic on me, she spent time with my girlfriend who was equally thrilled.
Although I have a favorite hair salon, I will definitely be back to purchase my make-up and hopefully find new looks with Liz again!
Update: after the review the owner contacted me to tell me that the incident with the price signage was due to Aveda increasing the prices and not providing them with the signage for the shelves. They did not mark the prices up, they simply didn't change the price tags in a timely manner.
The owner seems to be considerate and is apparently working with her staff in order to improve their customer service standards level.
I'm giving 1 extra star, because she took the time to research what went wrong with the price signage and recognized that her manager should have had a different approach while dealing with my cancellation situation.

Always wonderful service from Anastasiya who does my hair color and Natalia who does my haircut. They are soooo talented and I always leave the salon feeling oh-so-fabulous.
Before I had Anastasiya and Natalia, I had different stylists every time I went (forgot their names) but they were all sweet and did a great job. Appointments were never hard to get even though they do fill up fast - the people on the end of the line are very accommodating. I also love the complimentary scalp or hand massages with your service.
It is pricey but I believe it's sooo worth the money.
Totally would give five stars to LAN! She was amazing! My sister and cousin got their hair done here with Lan and she was great. She listened to what they wanted and was able to take their indecisive explanation and turn it into exactly what they wanted....I, however, got stuck with Natalie (I'm pretty sure that was her name...the one with the short curly hair...)...let me tell you HORRIBLE!
First off, when I asked her for her advice she totally said, 'I don't know! It's up to you!!" When you go to a posh place like this salon...i expect the stylist doing my hair, to have an opinion!! I have NEVER had someone tell me they didn't have an opinion especially when it's in an area they're suppose to be an expert at! I had this feeling she was just trying to get me out the door...another strike for her...tsk tsk
If I didn't see first hand, Lan's service to my sister and cousin, I would SO NOT go back!!! After my cut, I went to Lan and asked her advice and she gave me some good tips! If you want great service and great results I would recommend Lan....otherwise if you want it ALL BAD..go to the other one....
Maybe thats why Natalie was the lowest level stylist? Still with that service...I would think twice before promoting her!

4 Stars for the parking but I hear its going to get better so I'm giving them 5 stars.
Love what they do with my hair. Myah, you rock! Last time I went in with limp locks and grown out roots. Myah beat that bad mane into a frothy set of pretty curls.
As I leave, there's also usually someone chasing after me to do a mini makeover, which is awesome: powder, gloss, and rose-scented mascara. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
There are only a couple drawbacks. Ambiance, people. Ambiance. With the caliber of salon that this is, I expect wine. I expect a nice waiting area. The only waiting area available is a counter where your back is turned to the room, or another counter near the shampoo stations. It makes me feel like I am studying for an exam. This is no way to ease into an awesome hair-transforming experience. :)

I have been going to Atelier Aveda for over 3 years now. My favorite stylist is Natalia. She is very friendly and a great stylist. She recently gave me a haircut that everybody loves. It was a cute bob, but there was something about it this time, that made everyone I know comment on it. Even men who do not notice these things, even said "well done, " "you have the hair thing going for you." The salon is also clean, well decorated, and relaxing. I also love Aveda products.
I just got my hair cut by the intern there, Kaila and was totally impressed. She did an amazing job! Definitely looks like I spent more than $35 =) Thankyou Kaila!!! See you again in 4 weeks!

Love, love, love it! This is the first time, in my entire life, that I can say, I have a hairstylist and I can't wait to go back. Kim is amazing! She is so personable and helps me feel relaxed. I decided to go for layers and a side-swept bang, after years of long hair at one length. I waited until the wedding was over and then it was time for an actual style. She knew just what to do and made it me. She even showed me how to style it. I loved my hair 10 weeks ago and was so happy that I made another appointment and Kim was great, once again. I am already booked for 10 weeks out. They gave me tea, a relaxation treatment and styled my hair beautifully. Kim is a senior stylist and the price was $65. This was great for me, knowing that I will get a great cut, style and experience. I came home and told my husband that we had to go out on a date, I felt too pretty to stay home. Kim is awesome, awesome, awesome!
This is a great salon. I took a risk and tried out Atelier for the first time two days before a big event - and I definitely did the right thing! Jessica was my stylist, and she did an awesome job. She spent extra time with me just listening to what I wanted/didn't want/hair problems, and gave me a terrific cut based on that. She was an attentive listener, fun to talk with, reassuring and calm - a very nice person. She took the time to style my (very thick) hair, and gave me tips on how to do it at home. There was no pressure at all to buy the products but I got some anyway because I was impressed with their performance, and they've been useful. A great cut for $50 in a lovely salon right on the Row - I'll be back!
I have relocated from the East Bay into San Jose at the beginning of this year but still continued to commute back to the East Bay for pamper appointments like nails and hair. Until recently...
My hair stylist decided to break my heart and move away, far away. She transferred all of her clients to her daughter who did a good job but part of what I was paying for was this woman's 20 years of experience and her daughter who couldn't have had more than 5 kept me at the same price. Kind of irritating.
To add on top of that, I am one of those annoying people who doesn't like to make an appointment far in advanced but only realizes she needs a haircut once her hair refuses to work with her anymore.... and it seems that the weeks that my hair decided to play difficult the daughter hairstylist either got super booked or shortened her hours. (Also contributing that she needs 4 hours for hair cut and highlight, oi vey)
So I decided to shop around and found this store thanks to yelp. I was able to call in on the number listed and find out about the Salon and their pricing. From there the phone receptionist set up an appointment with me for Jaimee the following week.
Jaimee was this adorable stylist who listened to what I wanted, gave input, and then worked her magic. It feels like a lot of the salons in San Jose want to be uber trendy and go for the funky asian crazy haircut. So when I asked for a blunt cut haircut with no frills I was a bit nervous. However, Jaimee rocked it... she didn't pressure me to add pink or spike up my crown like the other shops promote.
My hair looks awesome and I get compliments all the time. I am definitely going back as soon as my hair places difficult again and will also be going back with Jaimee!
Thanks to my coworker's suggestion, and then further research on Yelp, I found a great hair salon. For many years, I've been going to just a regular 'ol Asian salon. Nothing wrong with that, but if you've been to an Asian salon, you'll understand that half of the time they don't listen to you for what you want with your hair, and many times, I walk out of there looking like a F-O-B.
Anyhow, Atelier is the second non-Asian high end salon that I've tried, and for the most part, I loved it. When I first walked in, I never had to wait around and at least one of the sales girls made sure that I was taken care of and checked in for my appointment. After, my stylist came to get me after just a couple of minutes. I changed into a smock and sat down to discuss what I wanted with my hair, which was simply to get layers back in my hair, get shorter bangs, and caramel highlights. My stylist, Anna, really listened to what I wanted.
In total, my hair appointment took about 3 hours - for highlights and cut. Not too bad. One of the great things about this place is that while you're waiting, they always offer you either tea or water, and best of all, complimentary head and hand massages. While I was waiting for my color to settle in, Anna gave me a hand massage and it was awesome! Definitely relaxing.
The only mishap during my appointment was another customer. While in the waiting area, one of the other customers decided to answer her phone and not only speak loudly, but was yelling and screaming at whoever she was on the phone with. Definitely not relaxing, considering the room was all quiet except for her yelling. But, this isn't the salon's fault.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Atelier. And above everything, my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. I also really like my stylist, Anna. She was really down to earth and talked to me genuinely and didn't act snooty like some of the other stylists.
The only semi-bad thing is the prices here. It is pretty expensive. I ended up paying $220 for cut, lightening, and then the toning color. It was worth it, but my wallet definitely has a hole in it now. But all in all, I will definitely return for my next hair cut.
First off: 1 star for the actual salon, but 5 stars for Marissa Delory!
I used to come here to get my hair did by Marissa, until she moved on to Alchemy Hair Studio. She was the only hair stylist I have come across in my entire lifetime that knows how to tame the wild, wavy, thick, frizziness that is my hair. So naturally... I have happily followed her to Alchemy. And I am actually really glad she moved, as Atelier was one of those hair salons where you felt like you needed to own a Dior sunglass wearing chihuahua , Gucci bag, 5 carat pink diamond, and size E boobs courtesy of your sugar daddy in order to fit in.
Unfortunately, I have none of those.... *sigh*
But the night is still young!!
Seriously... if you want to look as fabulous as me (well, almost... as perfection is hard to achieve), come see Marissa Delory at Alchemy!
I have been going to Atelier for almost 2 years now. I have been to a couple of different stylists and am always satisfied. Katrina is an awesome stylist who I have been going to for about a year. She colors and cuts my hair. She is very versatile with her skills. She does a wonderful long layered cut and gave me a very nice edgy asymmetrical cut as well. She is extremely friendly and very good at listening to what I want. I don't feel intimidated to say I don't like something, and she is prompt and willing to change it.
For Prom this year I couldn't get an appointment with Katrina and instead got one with Myah. Myah did an AMAZING job putting in clip-in extensions. My hair looked like it came out of a magazine. The extensions were incredibly natural looking and my style lasted all night. She is a very cool interesting person to talk to and is very good at interpreting what the client wants.
Katrina stopped working in the main salon and is currently working at their corporate office so I have gone to Myah for my usual cut and color. She did a fabulous asymmetrical bob, which has grown out quiet nicely. She also did a really nice job of blending my root color with my existing color. I am moving out of the area but will continue to go to Myah for my usual touch-ups.
My only qualm with Aveda is they book their stylists to have multiple clients at a time. When my hair color is processing my stylist will be doing a haircut while I wait. Though the individual attention is great, the salon always is super busy.
I also have to rave about the front desk girls. They are all so sweet and helpful.
I recently got my haircut by one of the intern stylists: Kaila... and let me just say that for the $35 that I paid, I got the most amazing haircut and service!! My hair isn't easy to work with, I have a lot of hair and on top of that... it's curly! I always find it hard to find someone who is able to work with my curls and Kaila definitely worked her magic! She styled my hair so beautifully that I came out looking like a different person! I tend to straighten my hair at times for a change and she gave me a cut that worked great whether my hair was straight or curly-and that's hard to pull off! :) Thank you so much KAILA! I am definitely seeing you again soon!
So my girlfriend has a master plan to turn me gay. First, I learn to drink fine wine. Next, it's changing my underwear every day. Next, I am reviewing my favorite place to get a margarita. Yesterday I actually was enthralled to watch a Sigorney Weaver movie on Lifetime. This if the final straw.
I've always gotten 10-15 buck haircuts. I'm a guy who hasn't brushed his hair in years. Short and messy suits me just fine. If I get sick of it, off it goes, Dr. Jack Sheppard style.
This time around, my g/f gave me a giftcard she could not use to this place. I took off on my own, with zero idea what to expect. First, they have two locations. Make sure they clarify beforehand which one you should go to.
I ended up with Jaimee, informed her that I had never been to a salon and was just interested in a haircut. No add-ons and such. She told me that was fine, and said what this 'session' entails is a haircut, wash, face wash and scalp massage. I said ok, and reiterated that I had zero idea what to expect.
She went through the steps as a total pro. I never felt that awkwardness of trying something new. She conversed enough not to have awkward silence, and kept to the business at hand when needed. I actually had quite a nice experience there.
It's not an every haircut thing to do. 45-50 bucks is a bit pricey. But once in a while I will definitely go.
For the last few years I refuse to have any other salon work on my hair and it's for good reason: almost all of their products are environmentally sustainable, and plant-based. Every one of their products smells amazing, and I pretty much use as many as I can when my budget allows.
Now onto the actual service portion.
Natalia has been my stylist for almost a year now, and she is such a gem. I don't think I'm alone when I say it's really really hard to find someone that fits what you're looking for on all levels. For me I want a non-diva, someone who is more chill than uber catty and chatty for that matter, a sharp talented eye, friendly engaging personality, and somewhat of a perfectionist about their craft. In addition- it's great to be affordable. When I first described exactly what I was looking for, she totally nailed it...I was getting barbi hair- and it was killing my style big-time. She managed to give me exactly the look I wanted but for some reason no other stylist has quite "gotten it". She also worked out an awesome new color, combining caramels and reds- and I freaking love it. I always look forward to coming back here- and it shows...I'm living in SF and I'll make the trek down to SJ just for her-
Salon is ok; it has the typical stupid corporate policies about trying to push products and I suspect their employment practices are somewhat exploitative.
Bu-ut, if what you want is a good cut or color you can get that here, and I highly recommend Kim. She's really smart, helpful, and listens (i.e. if you were to say no more than an inch please, she would take off no more than an inch). I think her price right now for a cut is in the $60-ish range, but I would pay more without hesitation.
The stylists here are okay. I went to two different stylists at Atelier for more than a year and was never thrilled with my cuts, especially not as they grew out. Not to mention it's a complete disaster trying to find parking at Satan's Row on the weekends, lunch, after work, etc. I love Aveda hair products (used them for nearly 15 years) and just started using their makeup in the past year, so that's why I went to Atelier (it's an Aveda Pure Privilege location, using Aveda products exclusively and performing Aveda signature spa services). I'm getting much better cuts and prices over at Alchemy Hair Salon on Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen.
I had my very first facial here when they first opened up and it was awesome! I forgot the woman's name, and i totally regret not getting it because she was great. When I moved down to LA, I always came back home and got facials here because Claudia was just as good. The people here are nice and the facials are great! Price is average.
Definitely worth the visit.
I have been here a few times, but just gave up and had to cancel my last appointment. I really got tired of the "too cool for school" attitude of the people at the front counter. It didn't happen every time I went there, but it was often enough to really irk me the last time. At $75 a cut, I don't need the attitude.
I have long, curly hair and for the most part the cuts were OK; a bit over priced, but OK.
I think it just depends on who you see. My boyfriend goes there (from my recommendation) and sees another stylist. He loves his head massage, and won't think of changing places. I never get a massage with my cuts, but I did get tea. The tea is nice.
I give 5 stars to the the tea.
Maybe its luck of the draw, but I just think that there are better places out there...
After visiting an Aveda Lifestyle Salon in another state, I really thought that all Aveda Lifestyle Salons would be great. Boy... was I wrong.
1. First, they ask you to change into a hair smock/cape by shoving you into a coat closet.
2. The second problem, they lied to me twice. The hair stylist I got was NOT an Advanced Stylist, but I was charged as if it were. The second lie was when I questioned them about the discrepency, since according to their website, said stylist is labelled "Intern." They said, she was 'probably' recently promoted and they hadn't updated the website. Turns out , this wasn't true at all.
3. The last problem.. the stylist did as good of a job as the $8 salon near my work.
I'd much rather support the income of the lady at the $8 Salon than Aveda's.
I give 1 star is because my stylist was nice (unlike everyone else in the salon).
I really LOVE Aveda! It's great for my hair, it has been good to my skin, the products are natural and the packaging is recycled/recyclable! Really, it's the only good way to handle self-pampering!
This particular location has great salon girls - they will find EXACTLY what you need for you particular hair, and may even find a few things that you don't NEED but WILL love and buy... I refuse to take full responsibility for spending over $150.oo on hair products, so I prefer to blame it on the great salon girls!
I've been in desperate need to update my grown-out layers, root-showing, faded highlight hair for a few weeks now and didn't want to wait another week to get my hair done. I've been jumping from salon to salon as I haven't encountered anyone that I love yet and want to remain forever loyal to. Dramatic? A wee bit but seriously. I want a person who knows how my hair behaves and how best to handle it. I want a constant go to person because similar to dating, "dating" for a long term stylist is rough and tiresome too. I'm just sad that I didn't find "the one" here with Jessica. She was ok with my hair but was rather sloppy with the dye job. The cut is also fair. In the end, it's a vast improvement from what I came in with but it didn't have the va-va-voom that I was looking for after being at the salon. I had a little bit of hair envy with the stylist of the gal sitting next to me so I have a bit of hope in returning for my check up the next time.
I've been a client here for almost a year, and LOVE IT! Nancy is my stylist, and is bomb! Never a goof or mishap, which is always nice :)
Their products seem on the expensive side, but are quality, and last a VERY long time. I'm trying their makeup now, and am very happy so far. Would totally recommend!
Ever since I got my hair cut from the Other Nancy who is a senior Junior stylist (hehehe!!!!) I've been going to her....ANDDDD every single time, I leave the salon happy!!!!
So, the owner Karie, of Atelier invited me to come again and give her salon a second try. Initially, I was a lil skeptical given my first experience. However, this time I requested that no beginner cut my hair. An experienced Junior hair stylist (so I was told), Nancy cut my hair and she did a good job. I was quite satisfied with the style she gave me! I asked her for a LM (Low-Maintenance) cut and she gave me a great style that is indeed LM! :-)

When I went there, some Junior stylist cut my hair, I was charged $40 and my friends couldn't even tell the difference....absolute waste of 40 bucks..instead I could have gone to Supercuts, atleast I wouldn't expect higher standards... I was quite disappointed....
I have gotten my hair done twice here, and I'm a guy who usually just has his head shaved!!! But I needed to have a nice hair style, so I went to my wife's salon and I was impressed.
I have different levels of 'stylists', so how much you pay depends on the proficiency of the stylist. I could tell the difference between a 'Level 1' and 'Level 2' - I believe they are not called that though.
Aveda is a very nice place, where the people are very friendly and informative. I have gotten very good haircuts and advice. The haircut depends on the level of your stylist. I've had a $35 and a $70 haircut and have noticed the difference.
Good place if you have the scratch.
I always receive excellent service and great haircuts at Atelier Studio by Kristin - She is always ready for me when I get there, and between the head massage and our fun chats, it's always a relaxing appointment, and I walk out looking fabulous.
I've been going here for my hair needs since moving to the Bay Area. I've always trusted Aveda stylists, and will continue to trust them. They are terrific.
BUT....it sucks paying at Atelier. They do not allow you to add on a tip when paying with a debit/credit card. Every time I go I forget this rule and never have cash. I always end up having to DRIVE BACK to the salon or mail in my tip. It is completely frustrating. So much that I have started looking at other salons.
How come almost every shop that takes plastic gives you the option to include tip, yet an established salon on Santana Row does not allow this? It is ridiculous. I'm sure there are many other patrons who forget this ridiculous rule and in the end, the hard-working stylists & colorists get shafted in their tips from customers.

God Bless Jennifer Bradford. My boyfriend has the biggest head of SUPER DUPER curly hair and so far she has been the only person we have found that can tame it.
We have tried going to another Aveda Salon in Los Gatos and he got butchered, so we are happy to have found Jennifer!
They just opened a 2nd location in Santana Row and I love it. It is a bit smaller, more personal and you can wait at a bar counter and watch the fashion channel on a flat screen plasma TV!
It is always very clean and has the sweet smell of Aveda. I have even brought my pup in while I am waiting for my boyfriend to finish up on his haircut and they didnt mind. In fact the girls at the salon were really sweet with her and all wanted to hold her. I love that!
