At'Cher Service helped me with our Cabrio Whirlpool Dryer. We had them out to fix it because the door would not latch. They came our when it worked for us and it was the same day! We called 2 other appliance repair companies and they didn't even answer the phone. Thank you At'Cher Service!

Thanks to the piece of crap washer I have (Whirlpool Cabrio) I have had to use these guys twice in the past couple months. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and friendly -- from the lady answering the phones and setting up the appointments to the service tech that came out. They gave me a four hour window for when they'd be out, but called me 10-15 minutes before they got to my place. The service tech did a great job of showing/explaining the problem and fixed the problem quickly. Didn't leave a mess behind either. They do seem a little pricey but I'm happy with their service and would probably use them again.
