Using Amir for your estate planning needs will make the process go more smoothly than you ever thought possible!
My husband and I felt we could trust Amir from the moment we met him. We set up the initial consultation with him and were convinced that he was a lawyer that we could trust. He has your best interests at heart and truly works to ensure that you understand the options available to you and process along the way. His rates are extremely reasonable from other firms that I talked with and he doesn't push a "one size fits all" product on you. He also worked with us on payment terms since we were finalizing our kitchen renovation at the same time.
These comments apply to the other Amir in his office as well.
I would without a doubt use Amir again and recommend him to anyone that I hear of looking to put together an estate plan! -

We just finished our estate plan with Amir. It was unbelievably painless. Amir patiently explained everything and we have complete confidence in him. He was very upfront about costs, which were entirely covered by our ARAG legal plan I have from work. I thought, since ARAG pays a lump sum, that he might sometimes act rushed, but this was never the case.
I am recommending him to all of my friends. -

This is my first review but one that I feel commited to sharing. My husband and I were dragging our heels in making a will but knew that we were idiots not to take care of business. We have children who are dependents and even though our first attempt was a disaster, we still had to forge ahead. We needed to take care of those that we love and not leave everything that we have earned for the State of California to consume.
I found Amir Atashi Rang via Yelp in a roundabout way. I called another lawyer listed on Yelp who had previously worked for Amir. He answered the phone (early in the morning) and the rest was history. I knew immediately that we had found our "Lawyer". But having been stupid before, we went downtown and met him (my intuition is not enough).
He is smart, kind, warm and informative. Making a will and trust is very stressful but Amir walked us through the maze. We sign the Trust at the end of next week. I feel confident if something should happen to us, our family and friends will be able to benefit from the work we have done with Amir.
There were no hidden charges, he walked us through each phase of the process. Our designated trustees can rely on him if they need help.
I hope this helps someone as it is so important. By the way, we found out about Yelp from Bucky K and his gorgeous and brilliant wife Jennifer. -

We found Amir through my company legal plan and he's been absolutely great. He put together our first estate plan when we moved to San Francisco, and updated it when we had our second child. When my husband needed a lawyer for a business dispute he recommended a colleague of his who was extremely helpful. Writing an estate plan is not really an enjoyable experience but he made it pretty painless.

Amir is fantastic to work with on estate planning. He makes the process very straight forward and is thoughtful in his approach to make sure he's addressing your needs. He explains everything in plain English and is extremely thorough and patient. On top of it, he's so nice and extremely responsive. We highly recommend him and will continue to work with him.

This is one attorney you can trust. Mr. Atashi Rang is a truly nice person with your best interest at heart. Attorneys like Amir are far and few in between, so my family and I have been lucky to have found him. Have a first consultation and you'll see what I mean.
