Review from Chanel C.
I feel sooo bad for the people below who has had such horrible experiences here, but I came here twice within the last two weeks and I had no problem. The first time I came, I was helped by a guy named Tony. I had a million questions (and I bet most of them were really redundant) and he was sooo patient. I wasted 1 hour of his time and actually decided on not getting a new phone that day. Regardless, he was super helpful and sweet. Thanks Tony!
I came back yesterday morning with my sister, and a really sweet guy named Brandon helped us this time. The place was really busy, but he was very attentive to our needs and didn't make us feel rushed. I think we took up his entire morning, and he was even nice enough to bring us water :D THANK YOUU!
I always receive great customer service every time i go. My only complaint is that they don't have enough chairs in their seating area. I always see tons of people standing around to be helped. -

Service was ok, but the fault was informing the customer.
I went in at 10-11(3 days before the iPhone 4s release) and ask if I can come early and pick up an iPhone. The guy said you prob can, but should pre order to guarantee one. That sounds good to me so I went ahead and did so.
I get an email informing me that my phone will arrive approximately 21-28 days. WTF? Doesn't preorder mean you're guaranteeing your order on the release date? What is the difference in waiting for it to come out in stores? Here's a kicker. I called an Apple store and was told they had some phones in stock. I was excited to hear that and decide to cancel my pre order. I called this store and told them I wanted to cancel the order and was told they cannot do that. I was informed as long as the item has not shipped, I can do so. It's backordered and obviously hasn't shipped. They told me their computer warns them that once the order was placed, they won't be able to cancel. Why wasn't I told? If I knew I would never had done so. They were so worried about their commission that they won't tell you this.
Long story short, ask as much questions as possible at the store. They assume you don't need certain information because they only want their commission. Also, NEVER pre order anything at an AT&T store! -

ALL IDIOTS!!!
Seriously every time I go there and talk to a salesperson a few days later something has been changed on my phone NO JOKE! The last and final time I went there I had a question (just a question) on how much it would be to to add another line to my plan. The sales guy asked for my cell number and input the info and started his schpeel "You know you could save money..." I was like no thanks just the quote please. I said OK thanks and walked out. 2 days later my unlimited text plan had been changed WTF???? IDIOTS and the store manager... AY DIOS MIO king of the IDIOTS!! Stay away far, far away!!! -

I am giving 5 stars because of the exceptional service. I was having major issues with all four lines on my account. No reception, charging issues and a few random other things. I was helped by Oscar at first and he was able to answer all my questions. I had to return the next day because my son wasn't able to pick out a new phone on the previous day. Josh was the second person who helped us. Basically to sum it up, they switched out our phones. Checked the coverage in the area and were able to help me get a micro cell for my cell coverage. I have been with Verizon and Sprint and neither company has went to the lengths that AT&T has to save my business!! I highly recommend the AT&T store in Monterey Park. I usually go to the one in La Habra which is also pretty good, but I just moved to east LA and this is the closest to me.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Went here today to replace the sim card in my iphone. Bullshit. BULLSHIT! I got totally hassled over it by a little JERK who looked like Mandark. He wouldnt replace my damn SIM card because my husband and I do not share the same last name. He hassled me for not memorizing my husbands' social security number. Then I give him my ID to prove I'm on the account and hes got the nerve to say "Oh!! Your last names don't EVEN match either! I can't help you." And here I thought we were in the 21st century. He backed off after I called my husband on him. Jesus. Don't go here, they'll only give you grief.
