I agree with Sara S.
I was with Sprint for at least 7 years. Oscar was AWESOME and super detail oriented. He was very patient with answering all my questions and even drafted the differences of what I would be paying on paper so I could have the numbers in front of me. This all made the switch from Sprint go smoothly.
If you decide to sign-up with AT&T, look for Oscar and tell him that tristinstyling sent you, he'll take extra special care of ya! Serious! -

Ok, I never thought I'd be giving a cell phone company 5 stars for anything, but after being with Sprint for almost 10 years I have to say AT&T did a good job impressing me with their service and attentiveness to detail. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgable, friendly and meticulous. I switched three lines over from Sprint and bought three phones. Needless to say it was a lot of work and he did not forget one single thing. I didn't have to repeat myself or remind him of anything. He was the utmost professional. His name is Mustafa and I highly recommend you ask for him while you're in there. Although everyone from the management on down was extremely friendly. The store is located just inside the main entrance of the Lincolnwood Mall, across from The Ruby Tuesday, which makes the parking very convenient. The store is busy but they always have ample staff to handle the flow of people paying their bills etc. Overall a very positive experience.
