Okay. First, I must tell you that I have been a patron at this store for YEARS.. My consultants are KC and Noah...PERIOD.  Won't deal with anybody but one or the other.  Don't get me wrong...everybody is super nice and eager to help...but KC and Noah have been there for years and know my service plan inside and out (even when AT&T changes the plan on me from time to time or makes a plan obsolete) AND they know my customer service expectations (really, everybody does because I can be a bit dramatically impacting..lol).

They have not  let me down in meeting my service needs and keeping me completely in the loop on any changes upcoming or just making sure the plan I have is still working for me. What sets this store apart...is KC and Noah especially, but again...everyone is always eager to help.

I came in here on a Monday and was greeted semi warmly. The person who helped me behind the desk seemed rushed and distracted because she wanted to go on break. When she found out I worked for Apple she says "oh I hate everything Apple" That's great lady, but hello, you sell their products and I work there.

I came back today to apply a business discount to my cell account, that same rude ass lady was windexing the doors, and hogging up the entire door space. I stood at the door and waited for her to move, and she didn't. So I schooched on by and as I walk in I hear her say "there's two doors ya know" snidely under her breath. I looked back at her like WTF? Nice customer service!!

Thank GOD the girl inside who DID help me was overly friendly. The girl from above was super ghetto, and voiced every opinion she had. An older gentlemen had walked in the store to pay a bill, and yes, he reeked of marijuana. Which she LOUDLY disapproved of. YOU'RE AT WORK ACT APPROPRIATELY. I wish I had gotten her name. Shes taller, looked mixed white/hispanic, has curly brownish hair that looks like she hairsprays wet. ANYWAY- she needs to be fired or something. She's horrible! Makes the store looks BAD BAD BAD.

The person standing by the door asked me how he could help me.
When I told him I was having problems with my phone turning off by itself, he told me, "Oh, that's a problem with that phone." And proceeded to tell me he couldn't check to see if I was still under warranty because he couldn't access those records, which doesn't make sense b/c all other AT&T stores are able to access records using last four of social. I personally think he just didn't want to go through the trouble of looking things up for me, knowing that I would need to take it to a tech support location anyways. However, giving unhelpful comments such as the above and not even trying to access my records but turning me away in the doorway...made my effort to drive out there to get help seem like a total waste of time.

Every time we come here, we leave as satisfied customers. Sales associates are always so helpful and attentive.
On our recent visit, we came in to shop for a new iPhone case. As we were being ringed up, the sales associate notices that we purchased our current case 3 months ago. He tells us that we are still within the warranty and that he will exchange our case for the same product for no extra cost. We didnt even inquire about it! How cool is that?!? We left that store with not one but two new cases! That's great customer service right there!

Sales Consultant David Maharaj really hooked me up with a mobile hotspot. He was able to take my old, antiquated wireless card, show me I was due an upgrade, and get me out of there quickly and easily... No muss, no fuss. David even printed triplicate receipts for me to use in getting a rebate! Great experience, made even better by my guy, David!

Great place to shop for a new mobile phone.  Great and fast service despite the fact they are always busy.

I've had several bad experiences with this particular location.  The employees seem really rude and kind of snotty!  I had gone in to get help with my phone for whatever reasons they were.  It seemed as though they really didn't want to help me at all.

The two times that I went in, it was close to the time I could upgrade my phone so my phone would be on the older side.  And they would either try to get me to upgrade early and pay full price for a phone or be generally rude and hesitant in helping me.

The last time I went in, I ended up just telling the guy who was helping me to forget it and to give me my phone back and I brought it to a different AT&T location for help.

This  store is the worst ever Ive been in twice and both times they are no help at all and make you feel like your interupting their time. This was my first Iphone and didnt really know how to use it. All I wanted to do is turn on the location for my phone so facebook could find my location. I was told by the lady oh thats a facebook issue, when I figured it out it was in the phone settings. Today I went in the same store and was helped by a guy named Rodney all I wanted was a Iphone  4gs 16 or 32 gig. told me all I have is the 64gig shocking haha. the one that cost the most, I asked if any other stores had one. After waiting 10 mins for him to look up if anyone had one he called 1 store to see if they had one. So I had to go outside and with in 5 mins I was able to call all the Sacramento area stores to see if they had one. I just cant under stand why this store cant take the time out for their customers. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

This location is an AT&T company owned retail store, not to be confused with an authorized retailer/reseller.

Company owned AT&T retail store Pros:
Real phones on display to touch and play with, as opposed to dummy phones.

    Cons:
Customer-to-Employee ratio is usually high, which means long wait times for almost any assistance.

This particular location seems to have a decent stock on the high-demand phones when I've been in the market.

They remodeled this place!  It looks a lot nicer and it's biggest too! Customer service is great and the wait wasn't long at all. I don't know if it's a new thing there, but the employee walked us to the door and opened it when we were leaving.  This is my favorite AT&T location.

I went into this AT&T store trying to get a prepaid data simcard called the GoPhone. Basically I have an unlocked Nexus One, and since I was visiting the states from the UK, I wanted an American data sim that would let me use search and Google Maps while I was on holiday without having to sign-up for a long-term contract.

My experience getting this card working pretty much went like this: I went into the store and the guy was really friendly and (I thought at the time) helpful, got me in and out the door with my sim card pretty quickly, but after I leave the store and start to use the sim card nothing worked!

After spending a half hour on the phone with customer service and looking at the receipt, we come to the conclusion that the guy in the store (will update this with his name later) TOTALLY had no clue when he was setting up the sim account. Basically he failed to set up the data plan, and the $25 I paid them got eaten up within a few minutes of usage because the plan wasn't set up properly.

Ultimately the customer service person on the phone was convinced that the in-store guy screwed up, so I got my money reimbursed and account fixed. It's just really irritating that the people at this store can be so clueless. I say people (plural) because the guy who helped me also had his supervisor (or at least someone senior) help him with getting me set up.

Mike P. ! He helps us every time we go...and we are a family of Iphones who up grade constantly. He knows everything there is to know we never have to wait around, he gets us in and out. This place does get a bit crowded though and wait times can be long sometimes but the staff is always very nice.

Extremely long wait times. Schedule setter lost my appointment.  Not nearly enough help for the number of customers.  I guess it's exactly what you should expect from an AT&T factory store....

Employees are helpful when I do need help. I only go to this one to pay my bills since they have the machine. It's always packed in there with people needing help mostly.  There was one time when I needed to change my plan a little and the miss who helped me was very polite.

Called my local AT&T because they are much closer and got no help from them whatsoever.  Went to this one in Elk Grove and they were terrific.  Service was fast, they fixed the problem I had, got the phone I wanted.  Couldn't have been happier.  And, this is the second time they were so great to deal with.  In March went there to get a iphone for another family member on our family plan and everything went equally well then.

Some At&T stores are really awesome, some are staffed with high school drop outs and retarded children. OK, not literally but you get the point. I tried to return a defective iPhone here and was accused of personally trashing it. It was a day old and still had the plastic on it. After about a ten minute argument they finally replaced it but not before insulting my GF a couple of more times and ensuring they don't get our repeat business. If you want a good At&T store I recommend a trip up to Arden mall. You'll find the service to be much better.
