I was very impressed with this AT&T store. All the reps were very friendly as soon as we entered the door. We did have a little bit of a wait, but luckily there are some couches in the back. I was eligible for an upgrade so I was just there to get a new iPhone 4. Craig Leach was the sales rep that helped me. He was super friendly and very informative! He was very patient with me when I was trying to decide on a case for my new phone. He offered additional services and upgrades, but was not pushy at all. Very professional. I will definitely be back to this store again!

have to give kudos to ANGELA , one i have dealing with ATT U VERSE.. the rep who came to the door offered everything under the sun , & wasnt right , being low income , he told me i would be able to keep my life line .. WRONG .. , then would get more programming too .. WRONG AGAIN , shows would drop freeze up , sorry never again .. been with ATT for many yrs , cell phone , but tv , never .. trying to de combine the bill right now ..
ANGELA take care & keep up the good wrk .. too need more peeps like you today -

Now THIS is an AT&T store!! I discounted this one previously. My mistake! While it took a while to get waited on, once I did...WOW! My guy, Bobby Chima, without my asking, actively looked for ways to save me money on my AT&T bill. His boss, Jeff did the same.
I went in to buy an iPad 2, and they helped me do that, and more!!
They found a way to block my kids from obligating me when they text in offers I don't see, they even helped me save on my U-verse bill, while getting an increase in service!!
This is now my favorite AT&T store and will be the FIRST place I go to for my cellular needs.

I have been to this service center three times and each time the staff have been amazing! Kudos to all of you and your quick and great customer service!
