Arica Smith - you rock! It was time to upgrade to my iPhone and I dreaded going to my local neighborhood AT&T store - it has a truly awful sales staff . I decided to go to a downtown store (away from State Street, that is), figuring they cater to business people. Great decision - all I can say is go see Arica Smith if you need anything- she is the absolute BEST. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient...just what I had hoped for. (I never thought I could find such a great help in an AT&T store.). Her phone number is 312-920-0414. She is top-notch!
