I see Dr Grant Morlock for mid-back pain from a subluxed rib. After going to another chiropractic office and being oversold, over x-rayed and pressured into buying a package, Dr Morlock is a refreshing practitioner. He has helped my pain but he never pushes sessions on me.
In addition, I bring in KT tape and he tapes up my back for free. He is knowledgable and supportive of complementary activities. -

I luv this place.
Dr Kara is fantastic. She has saved me from pain in my neck and shoulders. She has given me a great program to prevent future issues.
I am forever grateful for her help and guidance. -

I bought the groupon for 4 private pilates reformer classes and 4 steam room sessions for $100. What a fantastic deal! The space is fresh and the instructors were friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Grant is amazing. He is very thorough and has also given me nutrition tips and exercise tips for my back I had broken in two places that is now healed and I struggle with. He helps my body feel normal again. Thanks Asula and thank you DR. Grant!

What a lovely place. I had several Pilates sessions with Chelsea, who is awesome - super-sweet and a fun instructor. A huge draw is their sauna set-up, which I'd say is now my favorite in town. It's semi-private, so you'll never have to deal with other folks yapping away (unless they're yapping to themselves, of course) - only two folks allowed in at a time, and I actually always had it to myself. Some clothing is required, but I found I was totally comfy in a sportsbra and running shorts. You also get a private changing room with a shower, so you can hop in and out during your allotted time as you please.
Although it's technically in the Pearl, it's in that slightly funky section next to Naito and they don't have any close neighbors - so parking is easy even though they don't have a lot. If I lived closer, I'd be there all the time! -

A tranquil oasis! Upon walking in the scents of lavender and other relaxing smells permeate which is just a precursor to the massage I got. Not only was the massage therapist using great pressure there were added bonus' like hot stones, warm scented towels and heating bags. After the amazing and relaxing hour the over sized couch in the quiet area offered the best way to ease back into the day. I highly recommend this place for an escape from the weeks stress'. Just an hour in the unpretentious, relaxing environment will get you ready to take on the day.

As good as it gets for Chiropractic care. Dr. Laila does a very thorough intake exam and really wants to get to the root of your personal health issues. She is anything but your run of the mill chiropractor. She has helped me with severe neck and shoulder pain from cradling a phone with my neck all day at work. She has since helped me with posture related issues; and has also helped me improve my diet, stress level and general overall health. I would and do recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who is the best in the business!
