Gary Arakelian is a very genuine and sincere person which definitely conveys through his passion for helping others. I was in a deep bind with trying to short sale my home since my husband's company went belly up. Gary really went above and beyond with helping me find a buyer at a reasonable price especially with the downfall of the real estate market. He also spent endless hours coordinating with the bank (which we all know how frustrating that can be). Gary always fought for my best interest and was determined to help me. I found friendship through this transaction and can honestly say Gary is a kind person who will do what it takes to help another person. I usually don't write reviews but Gary is an exception. I highly recommend his services for anything related to real estate. He can seriously help you out no matter how terrible the situation is.

I came in as a customer to refinance my home and trusted them to give me a good loan rate. It wasn't until after I signed the documents that I was being swindled. Because I was a novice about mortgages at the time, I did not realize they gave me a sub-prime loan and did not inform me I was qualified for a prime loan with a much lower interest rate with no pre-payment penalty fees, but they gave me a loan with very high prepayment penalties. The company then acted unprofessionally as they belittled and argued with me when I questioned the high payments and interest rate. Because of this I had to refinance with another lender a year later to save my house. Later down the road, I studied to become a licensed realtor, and I realize they did NOT have my fiduciary interest. I definitely do NOT recommend them!
