Yours is a very bad hotel.
This place likes to think of itself as Ashland's big city hotel. In reality it's more like a high rise motel. About the only thing it has going for it is its central location, and if you don't need that you're better off in something newer. Perhaps a newer motel?
I stayed here once. It's kind of smoky and run down. The shampoo gave me dandruff. I'm not kidding. It was like my own personal blizzard for 3 days. WTF? -

This place get zero stars!!! First off walk into the room and it's 80 degrees in the room. Then their snack order is wrong they give them sandwichwes with no bread f and then while sitting in the power shuts off. This place is no good at all.....
