Asap wildlife are good at answering and calling you right back to get someone to your house. They are a little costly as well. Spent $850 for bat removal service from attic altogether. The inspection was supposed to be of the full attic. My attic is split due to vaulted ceiling so the young girl and young boy only inspected half of the attic without going through other door.
A tube was put in and netting put up from the outside for a week. The bat droppings removal was included along with sanitation but droppings were still left in attic under area where bat was seen hanging during clean up. And still other side was not checked to make sure nothing was left.
When i called to voice a complaint, the owner returned my call but had the nerve to raise his voice with me getting upset over me explaining about the dropping still being there and other side of attic being checked by the girl he sent out. The girl stated that she sprayed both sides but had not even been to the other side and i just wanted to make sure we were fully in the clear for our attic.
I would not recommend this company if you talk to customers like that when an issue arises.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ap S.VA, VA01Dec 12, 2021
Signed a 2 year contract September 2021. No one will return phone call or come out to finish the job.

Despite a few hiccups with scheduling, they were great! I highly recommend them if you have bats!!! I've used about 3 or 4 companies in the past but the bats have returned. One call to ASAP got rid of them all. Thanks!!!

"ASAP" couldn't have chosen a better name for their business. Apparently, we had a few unexpected visitors that made their way into our attic. I understand that bats have an important role in our ecosystem. But, when you suddenly are awakened to bats flying around your bedroom, asap cannot be too soon! They came out the same day, yeah! Luckily, no live critters were trespassing! Checked the entire house. A small opening was located and secured. The "Bat Guy" explained that they do humane removal when possible and work with some agencies in the area to relocate the animals. I love that! No more "bats in my belfry"; thank goodness!

I have been struggling with rats and bats for several years; went through 3 other removal/exclusion services before I found ASAP. They are committed, trustworthy, knowledgeable and responsive. So far this season it seems they have also been effective. No more bad guys so far and I know they (Dan, Angel or Christian) will be back in a minute - any time of day or night - if an unwelcome creature shows up. I am grateful.

ASAP provided a responsive, professional, and thorough solution to our attic bird infestation problem at a fair price, and they truly deserve 5 stars. All businesses should operate the way they do.
I submitted a web request to ASAP on a weekend to remove a bird nest in our attic that resulted from a gap under the eaves. They called me on Monday morning; I said our problem was not an emergency but asked if they could come before Thursday and they said they would do so and gave me an estimate of the cost, which seemed to me to be a fair price. They called us on Tuesday afternoon to tell us that someone would come fix our problem on Wednesday morning. They came as promised, climbed through a small gap in the attic, removed the bird nest and some wasp nests, disinfected the area, and plugged the gap where the birds had entered, to prevent reinfestation.
The two-person team that fixed our problem were courteous, very professional, and explained in detail the the work that they did. And the charge for the services matched the estimate given over the phone, with no extra cost for removing the wasp nests.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Larry V.Richmond, VA01Feb 8, 2016
I had two ferrets who discovered a little hole and got stuck in my wall. Andy freed the little guys to their joy and my houseguest whose pets they were.
He has helped some other folks I know remove a corn snake, bats and even an owl.
Andy is friendly, professional, is kind to your property and is kind to animals. He actually releases them into the wild (miles from where he removes them) rather than killing them when it's practical to do so.
We did a little comparison shopping and although it was an investment - he was cheapest amongst the bunch. He's a local businessman and not some 1/2-trained anonymous corporate guy and, since you are inviting someone into your HOME to do this sort of thing, I really feel it's worth picking someone who is trustworthy. Andy is definitely that guy.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - James B.Moseley, VA020Jun 6, 2017
Called about some snakes in the yard that we suspected were copperheads. Clifton was at the house within 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He conducted a thorough review of our deck area, the crawlspace, and around the perimeter of the house. He also offered several helpful suggestions.
Though I hope we never need to call again, I have saved this number to my contacts and will call without hesitation.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Erica T.Cary, NC702611Jan 30, 2016First to Review
This guy will call you back and is great at what he does. I tried to call a few other services and never got a call back. Dan came out and took care of the raccoons in my attic in very little time. Before he left he let me know that he deals with all kinds of pests, including insects.

Andy called to let us know he was on the way, after being contacted by our Property Mgmnt., and he arrived when he said he would. He was professional and very polite. Showed him our issue (cat in crawlspace under the house which had gotten into HVAC ductwork) and he took care of setting up a humane trap. This morning we confirmed the trap worked, called Andy, and he's coming by today to take the cat to the SPCA. Highly recommend these guys, if you need to address unwanted critters.
