I'm not sure why there are a few people commenting on the prices; considering the MEGA size of each meal, the price is cheap!
I've been here a few times already and I usually order the Carne Asada meal. It's a good size steak served like fajitas (sizzling) and comes with a homemade sauce. It also comes with an ADDITIONAL plate of rice, french fries (you can ask for beans as a substitute), totones (it's like platano but not hard), and a salad.
They also offer papusas with either pork, cheese, or pork and cheese. This isn't on the menu; you have to ask for it. They are homemade so you have to wait about 10 minutes for them to cook.
Service is always great. They are very polite and dress in traditional Colombian clothing.
It's a small "hole in the wall" restaurant. I'd highly recommend it to anyone! I'd also recommend getting their shakes/juices. WICKED GOOD! -

This place recently opened and I went in for lunch. It's pretty cool inside, decked out with Colombian kitsch and waitresses dressed in traditional Colombian outfits. The day I went, it was filled with Colombians (good sign!) I ordered what was like a plato tipico, i don't remember what they called it though. It was absolutely fantastic. It had a little of everything pork, beef, sausage, rice, beans, plantains, chichirones, and some sort of little salad bit. literally everything was great.
the misses got a deep fried tilapia which was served whole. It was pretty huge, especially for the price. unfortunately, she felt that it was very bland. she ended up eating half of my plate which she also thought was very tasty and full of flavor.
After eating I went home and saw my neighbor (who is Colombian). He told me that the woman who opened the resto was well known in the Colombian community for being an excellent cook. she used to serve fellow Colombians out of her house until the demand got too great and she opened the restaurant. although, i have little experience with Colombian food, whatever you get at this place will be the real deal. -

This place is good. More expensive than I thought it would be though. I had the regional plate and it was huge. The food is not overly flavorful but their house made hot sauce makes up for it. They have tamales that are not on the menu but are offered on special. If they have them, get one. Colombian tamales are quite unique and not to be missed. The wait staff is extremely friendly and overall the place has a great atmosphere.

This place is great. I couldnt decide whether to give it a four or a five. I got a tipico plate whish has EVERYTHING. It was expensive (16) plus a delicious shake. This restaurant has a great interior, very relaxed atmosphere. Even though it was expensive there was enough food for two meals making it $8 a meal for the food plus the drink. I'm going to give it a four. If their prices were a bit lower, I'd be back quite often.
