I've had back pain most of life, and have tried a myriad of different treatments including chiropractic, muscle relaxers, advil, acupuncture and massage. Until I tried Courtnee I was getting massages every once and a while, and the massage always felt good, but the next day it was back to normal. With Courtnee the feeling lasts and she also suggests way to stretch and otherwise build up your core and prevent the pain from coming back. I have now seen her probably 7 - 8 times and am very happy with my results.
If you're looking for a professional and very talented masseuse you need to defintely try her. -

As a rock climber, I am frequently in need of bodywork. And Artful Touch is as good as it gets. Courtnee is AMAZING. Her technique is refined, and specific.
Courtnee is exactly what you want in a regular and ongoing massage provider, she remembers every detail, and uses that to build a progression that gets better with each session.
You just can't beat the location - it's easily accessible by bus, and there is a parking lot right across the street. The actual space (the Pioneer Building) is as good as it gets in Seattle too - historic, individual and beautiful. There is something very calming about the environment, it really enhances the experience! -

I have had the pleasure of getting several massages from Courtnee at artful touch.
She is very professional and does a good job of making sure you are comfortable. The room is fairly small, but the heated massage table combined with the darkened environment quickly puts you at ease.
If you are looking for concentration on any specific parts, let her know and she will be happy to customize to your needs. She does both deep tissue and light touch massage and hits every major muscle group, so when she's done you will feel like going to sleep (or very hungry and then going to sleep in my experience)
Its easy to get to her location and the prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and get rubbed! -

Many of my friends rave about massage and how much they love it, but I used to just reserve it for when I was in pain and needed it. How foolish I was. Courtnee, of Artful Touch, offers a great massage whether you are getting it casually or need focus for a particular problem or area. Her attitude is open and friendly and she really cares about her clients and their comfort.
If, like me, you'd never had the experience of a massage purely for the sake of your own comfort and relaxation, then you should do so soon. And you should start with Courtnee.
Her location is centrally located for anyone in the greater Seattle are and her evening hours are convenient for after a rough day at the office. Her massage suite is peacefully lit and tastefully decorated, and she plays soothing music during your appointment to contribute to your overall relaxation. -

I am a licenced physical therapist (10 and 1/2 years) therefore I am VERY particular, and critical of therapists who work on my body. Courtnee is awesome! I look forward to my sessions with her- she has great manual skills and anatomical knowledge. Because she is also active with physical arts she can empathize with my symptoms and helps me find relief that I cannot on my own. I highly recommend her massage services to all my friends and patients.
