I first learned about Art St. Louis from my art student friends in college, and have since made it a regular haunt of mine. They are a non profit group that feature established and emerging artists in St. Louis. When you walk their rooms for free, taking in the fabulous art they are showing, just know that they are a driving force behind the community. For years Art St. Louis has helped fund raisers and more, and has offered many workshops to the St. Louis community. A great service they provide is doing individual portfolio reviews. I'm not quite sure how it works, but if you call them I'm sure they'll let you know!

Art St. Louis is an art gallery located downtown which is open to the public Mon-Sat but is closed on Sundays. Art St. Louis is a beautiful space and is a lovely way to spend an afternoon, strolling through their 5,000 square feet space. Art St. Louis also does consulting (by appointment only) for those of you in the visual arts. I've seen some great artists displayed here, and its makes me feel full of pride to see so many St. Louis residents have some serious talent.
