Went back to finish the pottery pieces. Sighs, was even more disappointed. Service is horrible. I was not informed that I'd have to pay a 2nd service fee. I mean if you paid the service fee the first time and just want to finish it....shouldn't you at least pay half price or something? And on another note, we were mischarged the first time we bought the teapot and had to pay the extra difference in price. The teapot was charged for 18$, but is actually 28$. The lady gave us a 20% discount though. Still that irritated me, it's their mistake. Also when she asked us if we were paying separately or together, we said together. As we were paying she told us the total price, which included all of us. So when my sister (the last person in the store, I was waiting in the car) walked out, she was stopped and told she hadn't paid yet.  WTF! I was annoyed because what she said and what she did contradicted and the fact that my sister had to pay and didn't even know she was being charged is rude.

Service & staff were too busy doing their own thing and pretty much left us alone w/o any help. A lot of the supplies & colors that we wanted were out of stock.

A bit disappointing because the first time I went to scope the place out there was an older woman that was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.

When there are a lot of fumes exuding from the paints and crafts...the ventilation system should be better, but it isn't so the area has a sort of thick atmosphere to it and for some reason..its dimly lit.

Birthday party - stay away!

Non cooperative stuff, missing ordered pieces, party coordinators are first day highschoolers, too busy to assist kids and place pizza on the table, party scheduled within 15 minutes breaks, not enough time to clean, etc. Place sucks!

Too bad, because the idea of getting kids involved in the art project is great!
