Being a fan of supporting local business, I decided to try out Art Heads when I needed to get a signed print framed. The woman who helped me pick out the frame and matting was very nice and very helpful. She pushed back when appropriate (no, you should not mount the print directly on a mat board, it will detract from the value) and had a lot of good suggestions about how to make the piece really pop. I had a 20% discount that was honored (and then some!) which made the framing job all the more affordable. The order was completed on time.
At the initial pick up, I was not happy with the way the top mat was cut and I noticed that some pencil marks were visible from under the print. The person working at the time, agreed with my assessment, apologized profusely and said it would be ready in 2 days. When I went to pick it up the second time, it was perfect and I was informed that the person who framed it totally agreed that it was not acceptable the first time and apologized again.
I was very pleased with the service I received and though I had to have some of the work redone, the folks at Art Heads were very nice about it and I ended up with a beautifully framed piece of art. I will come back again!Listed in: Life in Lake O

I wish I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I fount this place to be ridiculously overpriced and it took forever. I decided to try this place based on a Groupon ad. I called to get a quote from framing a certificate, and I was quoted about $150-175. When I came into the store, the price ended up being over $300. I should have walked out right there, but I decided to support a local business - and sometimes you a pay a little more to "buy local." I wish I would have listened to my gut, because after I paid for the service, I was told I would not be able to pick up my certificate for over three weeks! Really Art Heads, it takes you over three weeks to frame a simple certificate and its costs me over $300? I will be going to Beard's Framing or the more DIY route at Michael's in the future.

Amazing service and excellent communication. We had a large photograph and the gang at Art Heads were accommodating and helpful. They provided the appropriate mount for the piece and even delivered! Excellent service all around. Highly recommend.
