Art Center Galley is in the Westminster Mall, not the best places but they have age... They have been there for over 10 years I think so it is alright.
This gallery sells top artists as well as ones you have never seen. The owner knows how to pick art that sells so you can rest assured you will find something you like in this gallery.
This is where I got my first Michael Godard piece, then got 5 more from here and some Kush.
