I have had a number of things framed at Art and Frame of FC - many items were actually pieces by local artists participating in FIRSTfriday of Falls Church events in the shop. The staff, most of whom are artists themselves, is talented, helpful and patient!

I had a piece framed by them for my work place. What we were asking for was complex and out of the ordinary, and they rose to the challenge and delivered a beautiful product.
What made them so special is what they did for me today. They came to drop off the piece of art we had ordered, and they walked in and asked for me. When I made myself known, they asked how I was doing, and I said "Ok." I'm having a very bad day today, and am sure I look like I've been hit by a train! When he said "Just ok?" I said "Yeah.. just ok!" and we went about talking about the art piece.
Just a few minutes ago, I got an Edible Arrangements delivery at my desk from Art and Frame, telling me they hoped that my day improved. With everything going on, it made my day so much better. It brought a little light into my otherwise ugly day, and they have a customer for life. It's definitely way above and beyond the call of duty, but it made me feel so much better.

History
Established in 2001
Art and Frame of Falls Church was first opened in 2001 by owner Tom Gittins and his mother, the artist Suzanne Gittins. Since first opening on Broad Street in Falls Church, we have moved to a more spacious location on Park Avenue, 62 steps from the historic State Theatre! Art and Frame of Falls Church has also received a number of commendations. It was the winner of the 2003 Excellence in Customer Service Award and the 2004 Business of the Year Award from the City of Falls Church. We are members of the Greater Falls Church Chamber of Commerce and the Falls Church Business in Education (BIE) Partnership, as well as the Merrifield Chamber of Commerce and the McLean Chamber of Commerce.
Meet the Business Owner: Tom G.
Tom is the proprietor of Art and Frame of Falls Church with his mom being the majority owner. The creator and organizer of FIRSTfriday of Falls Church and one the co-founders of Falls Church Arts and Taste of Falls Church, Tom continues to create and infuse the arts in everything he touches.
Long standing member with the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce since 2001 he served as Vice Chair of Membership in 2004 and 2005, Vice Chair of Programs in 2006 and 2007, and he won the Chamber's Pillar of the Community Award in 2005. He was also the 2009 recipient of the Carroll V. Shreve Award from the Greater Falls Church Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his contributions to the well-being and prosperity of the residents of Northern Virginia.
