Agatha did an incredible job restoring and preserving my grandmother's cross-stitches. Over 30+ years, they had gotten damaged from dust and sunlight exposure. She helped us carefully remove them from their frames, advised us on how to clean them, helped us select new frames and mats (she has a wide selection of samples in store) and then remounted and framed them in a timely and meticulous manner. We enjoyed our time working with her and felt comfortable entrusting her with our family heirlooms because of her expertise and great customer service. Will definitely be back!

I had an original painting that my brother-in-law painted that I had it framed after his passing. I was able to bring it to Art and Frame in Naperville and they did a great job for a big size painting. She helped me choose and frame and be able to stay within budget. The customer service was great. They also had my painting solidly packed and I was able to bring it home without damage.

Agatha has such a wonderful eye and knows how to frame art to bring out its best. She's framed many very special pieces for my family, and we are always thrilled.

Time for an update.
Agatha has moved to a new location, it is in the mall with Jewel on Washington and Ogden. It is smaller and parking is a bit of a hassle, as is backing out because drivers are nuts. That being said, service and workmanship are still outstanding. It is important to trust someone who knows what they are doing. We recently found a few decorative tiles that we bought years ago. We took them to Art & Frame for help with mounting them in frames so we could hang them on the wall. The owner spent a lot of time with us and helped us a lot as we tried this frame and then that frame until we found the 'right one'. When we picked up the framed tiles we were very happy with the look of the tiles in the frames and the quality of work. We are very happy with the work done for us!

Wow! What wonderful service. I stopped in to inquire about buying a piece of glass (22' x 28") to repair a framed picture that had broken. The woman who helped me was lovely! She cut the glass on the spot, charged me a very reasonable amount (about $29) and packaged the glass as well as she would have if it cost 10 times the amount! Highly recommend!

We feel so lucky to have found Agatha at Art & Frame by referral from another local business. We're having some important handmade family keepsakes framed. We stopped in to get information and ended up leaving our items there with the entire order completed -- and total trust in her ability to care for our things as if they were her own. This is my second time at Art & Frame- Agatha is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! The art is framed and stretched beautifully. The prices were actually cheaper than Michael's! I will continue to use Art & Frame for all future pieces.
