I went to this location to close my account with Arrowhead. No problems with the Credit Union, I just had an account here I wasn't using.
The customer service and professionalism were excellent, and I would highly recommend this credit union to people within its sphere of influence for that reason. However, this particular location tends to get pretty busy, and it can be a drag around lunch time if you just need to do some business really quickly. Other than that, it's great. -

Arrowhead Credit Union may be one of the Worst business experiences I have ever had. They are Slow Incompetent and do a Very Poor job handling simple paperwork. They were slow to answer questions and gave false and misleading information. The manager Tamara is a useless cog in this wheel. I do not recommend Arrowhead for any type of banking business. My car loan was the last transaction I will ever give these half wits.
