I recently bought a foreclosed house so I hired Arrow Inspection to get my house inspected by certified inspector. I received his name through a friend at work. So I called him and he was able to schedule an appointment with in few days. He showed up at the house right on time which is a big deal to me. He was wearing his company shirt which gives a professional first impression. He took his time to inspect the house where he spent almost three hours to complete it.
He came prepared with his laptop, camera, all the gadgets to see if there was any structural damage, water damage, electrical damage, A/C unit, water heater, roof damage. He even spent more than thirty minutes of his time in the attic to inspect the heat unit and roof to ensure there were no extensive amount of damage.
Once he was done with the inspection, he sent me a full report which list every single item inspected with recommendation and pictures if needed to ensure it was clear. One good thing about him was that he sent me the report via email so I didn't had to deal with paper work. I love it when people send me everything in email. It makes life so much easier.
I definitely recommend him for house inspection to anyone in need.
