We had our family pic nic at this park this weekend. It was a great venue. Plenty of things to do for the kids: basketball, skate park, volleyball net, and kids playground. 6 BBQ's available in a common area with stone seating and trees for shade. Nice and clean park, not a lot of grassy area unless you walk over to the baseball fields adjacent to the park. Best thing is that all things are visible pretty much from the BBQ zone. Bathrooms had soap in their dispensers which believe it or not isn't that common in a lot of parks. Overall nice local park, tucked into a neighborhood.

Today my company and I participated in an Earth Day project. Live Light, Live Local, a grassroots campaign to help serve our community. About 20 employees went to this local Brea park and spread mulch along a path. The city provided a limited number of rakes and shovels for this event. This park was pretty small in size but it did have a nice baseball field and basketball court. If you're ever there, look for the pathway made of mulch....I helped recreate that path.
