This place is in the top 3 of Ultra private Main Line golf courses. It hosted this years AT&T National with Tiger Woods and virtually every big name in golf. It will again next year. I have only played golf here twice because I have to bug the crap out of a couple of friends that are members to let me play with them. Its fun to pretend your a sickening rich main line guy....then I get in my Le Car.
The grounds at Aronimink are what you would expect from a Main Line Country Club. Perfect. The course itself is beautiful. It is long, wide, well manicured and the greens are faster then any I've played before. Just an amazing golf course. Most people have to walk the course with a caddy. I know...your crying. The few carts they do have are for older members. Since there are no carts and barely anyone on the course it makes for quiet that I'm not used to from your typical public golf course.
If you like golf, rich people and you have a friend or an Uncle that can get you on this course, do it.Listed in: Fore The Golfer
