I didn't get a massage for myself, so I can't review about that.
So I was looking for a place to get my future husband a massage - he's been whining for one since he had to work all week while my mom and I toured Hawaii.
I found this place on Yelp and saw there was a Yelp Deal. Love that there is an online appointment where you can view time slots because we were here on vacation and had limited time - I booked a 70mins deep tissue massage and bought the Yelp Deal. This place is about 5mins away from the Wailea Marriott Hotel (prices here are SOOOO much better than the hotel), so the drive is doable. She confirmed within 30mins of my request.
Lets just say the future hubby left grumpy and came back a happy camper. I'm just jealous that I didn't get one.... next time it's my turn. He said that he loved the stone massage. -

Got a massage from Gail when I was here on vacation. The aromastone massage was wonderful-- relaxing and therapeutic. Reasonably priced, especially with this Yelp deal. We did the 50 min massage + 15 min reflexology.
We ran a bit late since the studio can be hard to find within a shopping complex and our GPS sent us in circles. However, Gail was understanding and gave us directions to get back.
The only reason I am taking off one star is the Yelp deal is only for massages with Gail, not the other masseuse there, which means you can't get side-by-side massages with another person (which is what I had intended). Other that that, everything was perfect. -

One word: Bliss.
I've been to see Gail three times for different reasons. She is attentive, caring and applies her healing touch with grace! She is a terrific massage therapist, but foremost she is a healer!
I too have gone and spent too much money at the Grand and other resorts and found that I actually like Gail's massages much better. In fact, I loved it so much, I gave my Mom a gift of a massage for Mother's Day and she loved it, too. A miracle considering she's not one for massage at all!

I always go to the Grand and spend way too much on a massage. I decided to yelp local places and found this one around the corner from us. Loved it. Gail was fantastic and really listened to what I needed. I will most definitely be back!

You gotta get a massage on vacation, right? Well, it's something we had to do. And not at the fancy shmancy resorts with the prices to match.
We found Gail on Yelp, and we're more than happy we did. Her studio is in a nice commercial center in Wailea, and was close to our condo. Gail is very personable, and her studio very professional.
My wife and I got back to back massages, and our taste is much different . . she prefers a lighter touch, while I'm more into deep tissue. Gail was able to accommodate both of us perfectly, and the massages were seriously among the best we've received. The hot stones were different (at least for me), and a nice touch.
This was probably the best value of anything we did while on vacation.
Next time we come to Maui, we'll definitely be back! -

I never write reviews, but Gail needs to be known! I got the 50 minute aromastone + 15 reflexology and it was heavenly!~ She really worked out my knot and almost had me asleep by the end. What makes this place even greater are the prices, and with the yelp deal of $50 for $75, why not go?! PLUS, when you "check-in" on yelp, you get 1 free 15 minute reflexology! Cha-ching! She has a small facility in Wailea-Makena, but seeing how excellent her skill is and her prices, I'm surprised not as many people know about her. Go here before you try any of the over-priced resort spas!

Great massage at a great price. I purchased the Yelp deal so I paid $50 for a $75 certificate, which I used for a 50 minute massage and a 15 minute reflexology. Gail was really attentive to my needs and made me feel really comfortable throughout the session. The massage was so good that I nearly fell asleep. The place is small but very clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The Owner, Gail McClary, and Staff at AromaStone are very well trained, knowledgeable, genuinely attentive and concerned with your personal needs each and every visit. The Spa has an absolutely relaxing & spotless atmosphere. The massage room is very private & comfortable with a lot of natural light coming through- a very nice touch.
Gail gives a very professional massage, with perks! Like the warm eye mask when you turn on your back, warm towel foot massage to make sure you won't slip. Her use of essential oils and hot stones are so relaxing! Gail is a very attentive therapist who immediately recognizes the problem areas and focuses her energy on working them out. She's listening!

Gail is wonderful!!! She has the magic touch, knowing just where to focus and how much pressure to use. Her use of stones helps with relaxation and turns an ordinary massage into something truly special. Her charges are reasonable, the facility is very professional and the ambiance is conducive to a wonderful massage experience. Aroma Stone's location just a few blocks from major hotels and condos makes it very convenient.
