I've bought appliances from Arnold's on two separate occasions. Despite my purchases being individual appliances Jeremy Moline was very attentive and helpful, just as if I was spending thousands.
There was some trouble with my second purchase. The hood I wanted was very back ordered and after several delays they offered me a fantastic price on the next model up to get me a hood and make up for the delays. -

I recently purchased a very large order from this store. My salesman was Andrew. I was very concerned because of the size of the order, but Andrew worked with me using my own spreadsheet and item numbers to track each appliance from ordering to delivery. They held items that were delivered early untill the later ones arrived, which must've taken up alot of thier storage room! They never charged me for this service.
Every time that I called or had an inquiry by email, my questions were answered promptly and courteously.
Once the items were installed, I had an issue with one of the refrigerator compressors. After alot of talking with the factory, Andrew and Rick (the owner)found a solution for the problem.
I can tell that service is important to the owner of this store. Andrew and Rick dropped everything to correct my situation.
Thanks guys, I will shop here again! -

I've purchased 6 appliances from Arnold's in the past. I've had problems with the installation or service help for 3 of these. Today was the last straw.
1) The fellow that installed my dryer never vented the machine properly. I've had problems with the laundry room steaming up and I've finally pulled the dryer away to take a look. Basically, there was no real connection. He jury-rigged something that could not possibly last over time. I think he didn't have the proper connector and just approximated pieces and pushed it against the wall so that tension would hopefully hold things together - and it did for a while. Now I have to buy the proper coupling components and take care of the error. This was a nasty and hazardous way to leave a dryer. It could have caused fire and mildew damage!!! And he wasn't honest enough to tell me that he didn't have the correct vent coupler.
2) I made the mistake of putting a plastic refrigerator drawer in the dishwasher and the shape warped (my bad). So I wanted to buy a replacement drawer. When I walked into the Bellevue store a year ago, the young man at the desk immediately gave me a card and told me to contact the service company. No one would take the time to help me figure out how I could buy the simple part. I really didn't need a service company to come to my house for this. This was poor customer service on the part of Arnolds. They could have spent 5 minutes talking with me about how to order a new veggie drawer! I finally spoke to someone with an online parts department and they helped me to figure out the part I needed over the phone. No thanks to Arnold's! All they want to do is sell you an appliance. No follow up help.
3) I bought a U-line wine captain from them several years ago. I didn't really like the U-line so much but it was the only one that would fit the space that I had. When it was installed, the bottom vent looked a bit crooked and wobbly. I mentioned it to the installer and he said something to the effect, "That's what you get with a U-line product.". I thought that was pretty insulting and I showed him the door.
I would have given Arnold's just one star, except the showroom is pretty nice. When it is time to replace items, or purchase for my second home, I will just go there to look at the products and make my purchases elsewhere. I'm also going to stay clear of the service company that Arnold uses. They are not reliable in my estimation. -

Great company. Helpful staff that got me the best clothes washer for the money - even showed me a discontinued style that was a steal! Beautiful showroom. Kind, clean cut, and customer service orientated delivery guys. Were respectful of my home and were thorough with installation. Would recommend them to anyone for appliances!

History
Established in 1974
Lakeshore Appliance located in Redmond Washington celebrated its Grand Opening in the summer of 1956. In 1974 John Arnold purchased the store (at that time located on NE 8th in Bellevue) and renamed the store Arnolds Lakeshore Appliance.
In January of 1988 John officially retired and turned the reins over to the children. Steady growth required a move in 1999 to a larger building next door to the old showroom. In August of 2008, Arnold's moved again ... to our beautiful new showroom at 1625 132nd AVE NE Bellevue. The enormous new showroom has products displayed in kitchen settings with many hooked up live so you can compare them and see how they will perform in your home.
Arnolds Appliance carries some of the finest most innovative products from over 40 manufacturers. The third generation now roams the floors in preparation for the future, allowing the Arnolds family to provide quality products along with delivery and installation for many years to come.
