Dr. Arnold is the doctor who delivered me and has been my doctor for the past 24 years. I have always been comfortable with Dr. Arnold. She is a wonderful doctor full of knowledge. She has the best bedside manor, she is respectful and she's a great listener. She is unbelievably great with children. My son has never once cried while she was giving him his shots. Everything is exceptionally clean and all the rooms have fun different themes. They even have a special exam room for kids that have all kinds of toys for them to play with while your waiting.
I've been with Dr. Arnold for 24 years and for the majority of the time, she has had the same staff. Recently a few members of the staff have been replaced with new people. I have not been impressed. Many of them are unprofessional with a lack of manors. However, Tom is great. He's quick, to the point, friendly, polite and professional.
I always schedule my son and my appointments early and we are seen on time. If you are an established patient, you will find the open clinic to be helpful if you need to be seem right away. I cannot confirm the time/dates. I always avoid scheduling my appointment around that time, as the office becomes very busy and I experience a long wait.
