Our insurance changed so my family needed to switch from a dentist practice we had been with for 20 years.

We typically see either Dr. Beck or Dr. Greiner at the Mason location.

Our visits are always prompt. The office staff as well as dental hygienist are always friendly and engaging. Our previous dentist practice had a such a high turnover but the only turnover we've noticed with Beck Pearce is a hygienist who retired.

The dentists are relaxed and always great at communicating what work they recommend and initiate pre-authorizations with our insurance before doing any work.

We don't have to pay our bill 100% at the time of the visit. Our previous dentist insisted all patients did and it was such a headache.

      Totally recommend!

Started with Dr. Arnold who was engaging so made you feel comfortable and performed excellent work. But I don't think he was even pleased with Beck and Pearce when they joined him so he could retire. They must have found a bonanza receiving the benefit of an already made clientele.
However, their ability and character needs improvement. Shoddy workmanship and cheap materials (for crowns) Also if you offer an unfavorable comment made as useful criticism , they will retaliate with an "accidentally" dropped drill to the inside your mouth requiring stitches.
Ive never encountered a professional acting so childlike and ghetto.

BTW. The other dentists were lovely, caring and professional.

Unfortunately, both Beck and Pearce are obviously greedy and unwilling to realize that they are dealing with human beings paying them for their services and expect professional behavior.

Went there a few years ago due to proximity to work, maybe because they have a lot of patients to take care of and limited energy to take care of each patient, I did not have a great experience. Eventually switched to another dental office farther away from work.

I had been a patient at this office for 20+ years. When I started at this office it was Dr. Arnold who I loved...Years down the road came Pearce and Beck and sadly Dr. Arnold retired. Because I had been a patient there for so long I continued to go there...Until last month. I really never had dental issues so I would go regularly every 6 months for my cleaning and see Dr. Pearce for a brief second after my cleaning and he would be in and out - not overly friendly but I dealt with it.

I had a gap in between my two front teeth that I always hated and mentioned it to Dr. Pearce who said I would be a great candidate for Invisaline at the cost of $6,500 no less and an additional $400 for a bonded retainer after treatment...I said forget it and went on dealing with my gap. In between visits for a cleaning and after a LOT of research I decided to go with Smile Direct Club since what was doing was slight cosmetic work at 1/3 of the cost of Invisaline. I was 3 months into SDC by the time my next cleaning rolled around. I told Dr. Pearce that I had decided to go another route but asked if he could still do my bonded retainer. He said if everything 'looked OK' when I was done in another 3 months he would put on my bonded retainer.

I guess he was hoping it wouldn't work so he could say "I told you so"...When I went for my follow-up all of the hygienists and everyone were talking about how great my teeth looked. Dr. Pearce had an attitude and was extremely rude. I guess he was pissed that it worked so well and only cost a third of what Invisaline costs!! He was supposed to do my bonded retainer but then said I had to make another appointment and come back for that and that I should have had my teeth shaved before starting blah, blah, blah...I said "if that was the case why didn't you say all of that 3 months ago when you took my x-rays etc. and said everything looked great? I guess you were hoping it wouldn't work huh?"...I got up and left and told him I won't be back to his office. There are plenty of other dentists in town. I was SO ANGRY!!

I talked to one of my friends about it and come to find out she had them put it in her file that she was NEVER to see Dr. Pearce because he was also rude and nasty to her!

His attitude cost that office a 20+ year customer...Thankfully I left and found a WONDERFUL dentist who agreed with me that all that crap he was telling me about needing my teeth shaved etc. was just that crap and he installed my bonded retainer for $300! I love my new dentist and would NEVER recommend anyone to Pearce Beck Dental!!

Have you ever heard anyone gush about a dental appointment? I had never . . . until last Friday when I overheard myself waxing, flossing, brushing, and water-pic-ing poetic about my same-day cracked tooth/emergency crown experience.

I admit it sounds like a flimsy Petticoat Junction plot, and yet, as my beautiful new #19 as my witness, it is the absolute truth.

Here's the rundown of events -- an aged molar with an almost as aged silver filing, the Colorado Mesa in size and shape, meets granola for the last time. SNAP! Busted. Panic ensues. Dentist closed on Friday. Co-workers had been extolling the virtues of Beck Pearce for its service and proximity, a 5 minute walk from our office. 11:00 am appointment. Colorado Mesa fracked. Back to the office with the aforementioned #19 by 1:30 pm. Eating almonds within 24 hours.

Here's the kicker -- while I was waiting for my #19 to bake, a hygienist cleaned up my high plaque zone.

My dental records will be transferred to Beck Pearce by the end of the year.

      The GOOD:
      - It's a professional, clean looking office
      - Efficient
      - In & Out cleanings

      The "I've definitely experienced better":
      - Efficient can also mean, they don't spend enough time with me, truly checking things and spending the due time for a GOOD cleaning (not the time and care I used to receive before I moved from Arizona)
      - ALWAYS switching hygienists even though I make the request to keep the same girl which tells me they do not listen to my preference AND/OR they experience a lot of turnover...
      - Dentists don't come off like they care about the patients beyond the fact they are another number in their clientele volume

      The BAD:
      - I never had cavities growing up (so up until 23) and then BOOM I move here, see them and suddenly I need a couple fixed (at 25)... that would be OK except they didn't do the first one well enough (not sitting right so wasn't filed well) and then I get 2 more done and now I suffer from sensitivity
      - I proceed to let them know of this sensitivity and the dentist blamed it on everything possible EXCEPT the work of the cavity fill

Net, I don't feel a personal relationship with the dentist or hygienists and with something as important as the health of my teeth and mouth, a trusting relationship and feeling like more than a number is a MUST. I gave this place a solid chance for 4 years but it is time for me to look elsewhere.

You can get your morning caffeine fix post-cleaning

Friendly employees and the Dr's communicate well. I had never had anything done but routine cleaning but had a tooth crack during quarantine. They were able to get me in, get the tooth out and keep me from freaking out! I am also doing Invisalign through the office and it's working out well. I recommend Dr Pearce and the office.

Look elsewhere. I showed up 10 min late for an appointment, and they made me wait 35 min. I've been going here for 4 years, and never get the same Hygienist. I think they have a high turnover of Hygienist...that likely is a hint.
One appointment they told me I had a cavity and I decided not to do anything about it. And then the next appointment they say I don't have any cavities.

I usually hate the dentist (who doesn't?), but Beck Pearce make it as painless as possible. I've been going for several years since their days at Carew Tower. They have since moved to schwanky new office inside the Westin - complete with a Keurig to enjoy while you wait! They are very quick and offer 45-minute appointments, which are perfect for us workin' folk downtown. They gave me a root canal and crown on my front tooth and could not have done a better job! They are also much more affordable than other dentists I looked at in the area and don't try to rob you of your money (also like other dentists I looked at in the area). I'll be going to Beck Pearce for many more years!
