When I purchased my nearly new 1999 Buick Century from another dealership, I took it to this dealership for maintenance as long as it was covered, and still brought it here if my mechanic was unable to fix it (which didn't occur often). If I need to deal with a dealer, this is certainly my place of choice.
I was at Arnie Bauer Cadillac-Buick this weekend to purchase a spare set of keys. As usual, they were very friendly, I got my keys and looked around their lot and another dealers' (Kia) while I was at the Matteson Auto Mall. If and when I will be in the market for another vehicle (I do have a 12 year-old car after all) I'll be back.
Lots of nice-looking 1 and 2 year old vehicles with low mileage; potentially a very good consumer deal. -

I have a new Buick LaCrosse and I recently hit a pothole that needed my GoodYear tire replaced. I went to this dealership as they had it in stock and they charged me over $100 more than another dealership charged me a few months back for the same exact tire.
They ethically ripped me off! I am disappointed that this dealership marked up a tire so much knowing that I really had no other choice. I would avoid this place based on ethical business practices. -

I have bought two cars from Arnie Bauer (previously miller buick-pontiac). Tommy is my sales person and fellow Lions Club member with my dad. Our family only buys from here. GM was even kind enough to send me a free maintance certificate for a year which I take my car to this service station to just get oil and filter change etc. They have always been polite and nice to me. when I bought my last car (used 2007 trailblazer with only 17,000 miles), not only did i get a great deal, but when the fianancing office messed up and cashed my down payment check too early, they reinbursed me for my overdraft charge on my checking account. Now that is unheard of! I will keep on buying from Tommy as long as i am able to drive! or he retires!
