Had an older Bosch tankless water heater stop working over the past weekend. Called Arnett's first thing Monday morning after doing some Internet research. By Monday afternoon had a beautiful new Rinnai providing our home hot water.
Eric and Tom were at my home on time and the new heater was professionally installed. Couldn't be happier with the service I got from these guys. Also got some good tips from Tom on the sort of easy yearly maintenance that all water heaters require here in San Diego because of the minerals in our water.
These guys know what they are doing. If you want to deal with knowledgeable pros who will get the job done for you without a hassle give Arnett's a call! -

Arnetts just installed two Rinnai tankless water heater systems in my house. The job was done expediently and without delay. The installations are clean and without problem and the heaters work like a charm. I will be saving a lot of $$ over my 30yr old water heaters. No more energy consuming tank style water heaters in my house! I would recommend Arnetts Plumbing to anyone and without hesitation.

I purchased a tankless water heater from Eric (owner) he called me personally on a Sunday when I made an email inquiry. Came out the next day and when I noticed the old tank was leaking , he made immediate arrangements to install my new Rinnai tank. His work was impeccable and clean up was complete. This was all done without my even meeting him, I had that much confidence in Eric. Jena is also very efficient and friendly. I will only use him for all future plumbing jobs. No one requested this review and I hope he doesn't get too busy to provide this level of service. Prices were less than expected work was suoerior

Erik proved to be a very honest and a reliable plumbing contractor. His company was punctual, prepared for the job, and provided first class customer service at a reasonable price.
In addition, Tom W., Arnett's installer, was amazing and answered all our questions. Our family and I enjoyed having Arnett's install our new tank-less water heater as well as the great repairs on our kitchen and bathroom sinks. -

Tom from Arnetts Plumbing came to fix our tankless water heater this morning, we have had several other plumbers come out and none of them have been able to do anything to help us. One of them even suggested we take our tankless heater out and install a 40 gallon heater instead! This all changed when Tom arrived right on time. He immediately knew what the problem was and was so efficient and knowledgeable that the whole process was completed in less than three hours. The service we got was the best I have ever had and we will only be using Arnett's in the future. Another benefit is that when you call them Jenna (I think thats her name) who takes your information is really knowledgeable and efficient also, she immediately looked up our water heater on-line over the phone (its not a very common brand) and suggested she get the on-line manual for it (as of course we had lost ours). That kind of customer service goes a long way with me. Arnett's is the most reasonably priced plumbers we have ever used and a great company to do business with. Thanks Arnett's for solving our tankless water heater problem!

We called Arnett's about our Noritz tankless not heating up. Tom came out about 3 hours after we called. Our tank started working again but we needed to learn how to do routine maintence on it anyway. Tom took it apart and cleaned everything out, it was a bit dusty from some bug powder we had sprinkled around. It is only about 1 1/2 years old and he said that it is showing that it is running fine but the powder probably through off the computer. Anyway he showed us how to before the yearly maintanence on it and gave us quite a few pointers for to take care of it. We were very happy with the service we received
