Words cannot express how honest these folks are at this shop.
For years I've come here for inspections. The first time I needed new brakes. They quoted me a price and (big surprise) BMW charged them more for the brakes than Arna Valley anticipated. They stuck to the original quote. This time there was an emissions issue. It took 3 days of me coming back but after all was said and done they only charged me for the time it took to remove a blockage. The dealer offered to check the issue starting at 170. This place for less than a quarter of BMW's "assessment price" fixed it. So long as I'm in VA I will return for all my car needs. -

Ive been going to this Exxon for years and would have agreed with the 5 star review, had it not been for the other day. I quickly pumped 7 dollars of gas to avoid the salesmen sitting in between the pumps, hocking car cleaner. The pump registered my purchase, but failed to pump gas into my car. After a long drawn out contentious discussion with the manager, who refused to acknowledge his pump might have an issue, or take a look at my gas register still below "E". He just kept repeating "I dont care." And that is essentially what made me cut my losses and refuse to return. After going to support a local neighborhood business for years, I would have appreciated at least a smokescreen of "caring."
