We had a Ductless heating and air conditioning system installed. Alan and Fernando did an excellent job with Lydia at the helm making it all happen. The system is energy efficient, service was great and follow through perfect.

I have been using Arm Heating and Air Conditioning for 10 years and they have always done an amazing job, on time and on budget. ARM has bailed me out of a couple of emergency's as well. I always feel confident referring family and friends.

ARM replaced a furnace in our house, first installed in 1947, with almost no noise, fuss, or dirt--including removal from a tight basement. Lydia handled all the logistics; Fernando crawled around in tight spaces to connect and install; and Al installed at the other end. They always coordinated work times, and they arrived on time and worked efficiently. ARM was recommended to us by a friend who had air-conditioning work done with similar satisfaction. Anyone needing repair or installation of heating and air conditioning systems should call ARM.

we really had some good luck this summer with our remodel projects. part of that was in choosing a.r.m. heating and air.
honestly, i was not sure they were the choice for us-- we had seen them at the kitchen/home show and i just worried that businesses who showed there might be overpriced. not so. they were very competitive in their pricing-- and, better yet, did an amazing job.
alan (the owner?) is a real individual. he has a great work ethic and is an enjoyable guy to have around. he and his assistant were always there when they said they would be, trustworthy and easy to communicate with.
they went above and beyond-- dealing with a real mess of a 40-year old system-- and explained all of our options clearly and patiently. we never felt that they were trying to up-sell us. we always felt that they truly had our best interest at heart. he found and fixed a small leak, without making a big deal out of it. he just gets things done and does them well.
what i think i liked best was how proud he seems to feel about the good work he does. a job-well-done seems to make him really happy.

I am very happy after choosing ARM to replace our thermostat and relocate our other thermostat. From the first phone call to Lydia who was very informative, helpful and super friendly, to Allan and Fernando coming on time to work at our home I had a great experience. Allan was very knowledgeable and through. I was expecting the work to take a few hours, but they worked so efficiently and were done in 1 hour. They cleaned up after they finished and were on there way. The price was fair and the work was done right.

i must have called 4-5 other companies to come out and look at our heating and air conditioning to find out why they kept braking. Until we called ARM, no one could even identify what the problem was. Alan came out to our office the next day, evaluated our system and gave me a bid within 24 hours. Wanting to be diligent I called competing companies, and asked for second opinions. They told me that I needed to replace major parts, their quote was more than 3X what Alan from ARM had quoted us and the work far more extensive. I called Alan back and explained what the other technicians had told me. He reevaluated the part in question, cleaned it, did the maintenance and it appears to be working fine. It has worked 'fine' in two years. Needless to say, we hired ARM, took Al ans suggestions for repairs and upgrades. Everything has been working well and we are very happy. Plus we saved about $3500!

I cannot recommend ARM enough, really. After dealing with a home warranty company in getting my AC fixed and getting absolutely nowhere (a real life nightmare) I decided to call our HOA and ask who they use. They recommended ARM. I called, Lydia in the office is a sweetheart--she said she could send the guys over since they were in the area so they could look. What took the previous guy hired by the home warranty company 4.5 hours NOT to fix, took Alan and his guy 15 minutes. They were knowledgeable and got down to business. It was a breath of fresh air. They hooked up my old AC condenser again and warned me that it was pretty old and may not work forever. After 45 minutes of blissful cool air, the condenser did blow up. I decided to forego the warranty company and hired ARM to come replace the condenser. They came out quickly, fit me in their busy schedule, and replaced the unit. They also found some airflow blockage and fixed that. We now have AC and a blower that REALLY works well. Will never use anyone else again, these guys are great.
