Got a follow up call from my salesman asking me how I loved my Avalon .I said I did love it and then he asked me about the sales experience. I said to be honest it was horrible from start to finish. H e said Yeah I know . Your review cost me $240.00. I said Excuse me? He repeated that my review of his sales experience cost him money, $240.00 to be exact and he wanted to know what he did that was so bad. So I told him,and when he didn't like what I said he yelled at me. Unbelievable. I tried to report him to the President of Arlington Toyota but he didn't return my call, so I called corporate Toyota and they forced Arlington Toyota to call me. The customer relationship manager apologized to me and said he'd follow up. I'm not holding my breathe any time soon. They only like you there if you give thenm a "10".
