Absolute, hands down, best pizza and wings in town. I said it, and I stand by it! Here's why:
First the hot wings. Delicious, delicious hot wings. If you can stand the heat, get them deep fried and Tysonized. This is key. If you Tysonize your wings, they add chopped up jalapenos and lord only knows what else to spice the sauce up. Either way, they're the best wings you will ever have. Make sure to get extra ranch to dunk those bad boys in!
The pizzas are large, decently priced, and just plain good! B/f and I usually get calzones with different ingredients and will share what's there. We can get anywhere from 4-5 meals out of one calzone because of how big they are! Plus they stuff them full of as much, or as little, toppings and veggies and meat and cheese that you could dream of.
The atmosphere is a bit sparse, but there is a nice wall/division between the eating and "family" area and the bar and "grown-ups" area. The family area has a separate room off to the side with a few video games and the grown-up area features a full bar and pool table and televisions. GO VISIT! I promise you won't be disappointed! -

Airzona Pizza Company could be better...
First of all, I wouldn't go all out and say this is the "best pizza and wings in town" as others have... which makes me wonder! But it is enjoyable. Another reviewer called the wings small...they aren't they are just as large as other locations offer and in my opinion the wings are far better than the pizza. I agree with another reviewer who said the pizza lacked taste. It sure does. We got the Arizona Pizza Co Combo and it smelled and looked soooo GOOOD! It was good, but was not bursting with the same flavor that I was smelling. A tad bland... but the portions of the veggies on the pizza were great.
Bottom Line I spent $30 on wings and a 14" pizza and I think it could have tasted MUCH better.
Service is super friendly!
They score big points with their slice and soda for $5. The Slice is HUGE and worth the $5. -

It was alright. Layout was kinda cool, they have some sweet older video games. The place needs a facelift for sure. I don't know what the compititions like on the eastside but the pizza was probably 3.5 outta 5. Got a sad order of breadsticks before the pizza since we were dying and suspected it might be awhile before we see our pizza. I was correct, took a long time and not the greatest place to have to wait.
Next time I'll hold off till i get to my side of town. -

Stopped in for a late afternoon take out lunch and was happy with the menu selections. The place was pretty empty, but I got the impression things might pick up later in the night based on the fact that the layout is half pizza joint, half pool hall/bar.
Good to know, there is a spot a minute from the crib that the hubby and I can escape to on those nights when our bedroom just isn't far enough from the kiddos. Anyhoo back to the Pizza! We ordered a 16 inch mixed Specialty Pizza, half Popeye (spinach, basil, tomato, feta and garlic) and half Chicken Pesto (pesto sauce, onion, tomato, chicken breast, Romano).
The Popeye half was the overwhelming favorite, it was really delicious, perfect blend of spinach and cheese, quite rustic and seasoned well. However, we were all pretty underwhelmed by the Chicken Pesto, this was disappointing for me because I love Pesto on Pizza and was really looking forward to tasting their version. It wasn't bad, but something just didn't sing for me, can't put my finger on it, and the rest of the family agreed.
But, all in all this place has a nice selection of specialty pizzas, I am particularly looking forward to trying their "White" Specialty Pizza (basil, tomato, ricotta, garlic, EVOO) They also sell Subs, Salads, Wings and an assortment of finger food and best of all, the location is a hop-skip-and jump away, and they even deliver. So I'm In! -

Do NOT judge a book by its cover. Perfect example: Arizona Pizza Company. Got a take out order from this place. When I got home, I opened the box, and the pizza looked soooo good. It had nice big chunks of tomato and generous helpings of pepperoni and sausage. Good, right? Nope! Overall, very bland. None of the ingredients individually stood out. I could not taste the meats or the yummy-looking veggies: it all just tasted like bread and cheese. When faced with such flavorless toppings, I kept thinking I should have just gone with a cheese pizza and saved myself the calories.
I also got a pound of wings. By far the driest wings I've had. And they each looked pretty small compared to the other wings from genetically-engineered chickens at other joints. I'm willing to overlook size but not the dryness. And don't get me started on the BBQ sauce they were doused in. A sugary mess that was more sweet than barbeque. I come from Texas and I've been spoiled in the barbeque sauce department but still. You know those Safeway wings that hang out all day in the sad plastic tray which you can take home and nuke in your microwave? Leagues better than this place.
On top of this, I paid $27 for one pizza and a side of wings. Last time I ate at Vivace Pizza, we got TWO pizzas for this prize. And even though a review for APC is not the best place to say this, Vivace pizza is delicious AND worth my $27, Hell, I'm a poor graduate student after all, but I am willing to fork up a "pretty penny" as they say for food that is actually good.
Whew. I think I'm gonna go meditate now... -

This place always has coupons in the mail and its just down the street so I thought I'd give it a try. First off, try a slice of their pizza. They run $5 and are HUGE. Each month they rotate a special where you can save several bucks on buying a full pie. Some things that really make this place stand out from your regular Papa John's/Dominos:
- Staff are super friendly high school kids that will make a pizza however you want it, and don't seem like they absolutely hate life & their job
- Caprese salad is SUPER cheap....FRESH mozarella slices with basil all served on a salad. Awesome awesome.
- Free local delivery if you order over $15...check out their website.
Would love to see more flavor in the crust, I'm usually a crust-lover but this kind I could take or leave it. -

Beer selection here is pretty decent. The wings are pretty damn good (try the tysonized). The thing that I really like about this place is the waitstaff/bartenders are very friendly and don't mind taking the time to chat you up, but still are really attentive. They also have a couple of pool tables and a quaint little patio area. I've been told from a New Yorker to stay away from the pizza because it's not up to par with the rest of the menu. I will definitely be back to this place and recommend it to anyone who wants a nice little dive bar to hang out and enjoy some pretty decent food and beer.

Good pie. A little bland, but pretty good. Service was cute, and iffy. I think I'll try them again when they serve by the slice. (anytime except after 5 on the weekends)

Pizza is some of Tucson's best. Sub sandwiches are fantastic. Great place to hang out, bartenders have all been nice. Other location on Broadway has same quality food but space is cramped.

If your looking for a fun place to hang out or order takeout from, this is the place. The food is really good and the beer selection is surprisingly good for a pizza join. The pizza is a litttle on the expensive side and the crust is uninspired. However the toppings and sauce make up for it. The subs are packed full, the wings are covered on sauce and the salads are huge
