We decided to try Arisu one day when we were yearning for Korean food, and we are very excited about this new neighborhood find! There is a wide variety of excellent food- both authentic and more familiar Korean-American favorites.  All of it is well prepared, quickly served and inexpensive!  Do try the massive, delicious dolsot bibimbap.
We love the nice touches such as an automatic assortment of side dishes and delicious cinnamon tea served with dessert.
The only thing we missed was the liquor license which they do not have yet.
    We will be back!

The staff is super friendly. Place is clean. They'll provide complimentry Korean side dishes. A steamed egg dish which is tasty and delicate. They usual finish you off with a small bowl of iced cinnamon tea. Very sweet but good!

If its your first time trying Korean food, I would recommend trying the Korean BBQ items. -all tasty!

For the Adventurous try an item off their appetizer menu. Vermicelli noodles, onions & escargot mixed with with their hot n spicy sauce. Beware: it really is hot!

Lunch here is a must! Mon-Fri only. So much food for half the price! I had the teriyaki salmon lunch box.  The box was served with sizzling hot salmon and included smaller portions of the following: salad, 2 rolls, clear noodles, white rice and fried dumplings-so good! Plus prior to your lunch being served you'll get the side dishes and miso soup to start with.

BOBA drink: (shake w/ lil tapioca balls) yes they have it! It's $4.50 which is a bit pricey but it's worth it! Try Green Tea.

They are working on getting their liquor license but until then it's BYOB - doesn't get better than that!

    Definitely recommend!

Arisu has a very nice staff, very welcoming, clean environment...I only eat bugolgi and the apps but the food is always hot, fresh and tasty (not greasy or overbearing) Couldn't say more good things about it.

Only wish they had a bar!

Have eaten here and done take-out on many occassions.  LOVE the food!  Crispy pad thai is delicious as is the basil fried rice.  The waiters and all staff are very attentive and friendly.  I would definitely recommend it!

As a Korean(born and raised), I recommend this Korean restaurant. The service is good and food is good, and the interior is great with big screen tvs. The best restaurant in Leominster I would say!

First timer, did takeout.  I would have liked to eat in, but kids were in tow.
Very nice decor, very inviting indeed.  The owner was incredibly friendly and gracious.  Food was awesome!  They gave us about 6 kimchi and other typical Korean servings as if we had ate in.  That was great!  And very good.  Best I have had around here (including Westborough Korean places).  Wife had Kan Pung Gi (a chicken dish, kind of a sweet and sour).  Nice flavor balance; not overly sweet at all, not greasy.  Had nice hot peppers as well.  I had Yukgae Jang, a hot-pot with chicken and beef and rice noodles.  Also very good.  Would have liked more spice, but that can be fixed by just asking (or add your own as I did).  All in all, very good.  Will be going back for sure soon.

First visit to this relatively new Korean restaurant.  The exterior is plain brick and looks like it might have been a convenience store at one time.  There is parking in front of the building for perhaps 14 cars.

Inside, there are some creative attempts to create an inviting space.  Nice colors and sponge-painted walls.  There is a very attractive small bar where you can get your drinks or meal.

The lighting is mostly drop-ceiling and fluorescent lights, which is unappealing, but with some nicer artistic wall sconces and some pendant lighting above the bar.  The dining room tables were very nicely sized and had some interest in their shape.

There were two flat-panel screens showing Korean music videos (a bit too loud for my party's taste).  One comfort factor is we found the tables by the windows a bit chilly with the air conditioning blowing down too forcefully on the tables.  The interior tables were much more comfortable.

The ban chan (small dishes) delivered to our table were quite good, a delicious kimchee, some light potato salad, daikon, delicious beans and fish cake in sesame oil.  Nicely presented in stylish bowls.

The menu is extensive, containing many traditional Korean dishes, and the more familiar dishes, all clearly described in the menu.  We opted for some classics Jab Chae and (my favorite) Dolsot BiBimBap (in a stone pot).  They adapted the dish to be vegetarian without hesitation.  The ingredients were fresh and nicely presented and tasted wonderful.

Our water wasn't filled without asking, but aside from that, no complaints.  Friendly staff and very good food.  We look forward to returning and hope our next experience is as good as the first.

A refreshing traditional end-of-meal sweet cinnamon drink was delicious and a nice complimentary touch.

    Most dishes range from $12.95-$16.95.

We have been to Arisu twice and the food is fresh and authentic, the owners/servers super friendly and the atmosphere is cute and clean. You can bring your own wine/beer for now (I believe they are working on getting a liquor license) so it is a great value. We will definitely make this our new "go to" when craving Korean food!

I recommend! I've been here twice so far, and each time has been pleasant. The waitresses are nice and helpful with ordering. The food is flavorful and fresh. It's fairly inexpensive for the portion size they give you. If you like Asian food, Arisu is definitely a good choice!

This place is great. Passed by on a trip and thought, "Hm, never tried Korean before..." Popped in and it was still very early, just before six. Was greeted by three lovely, smiling ladies who took excellent care of me. I ordered the basic beef barbecue. They tried to explain what it was, and I waved off their concerns with an "Oh, that sounds fine." While I waited, one of them brought me an iced tea made from cinnamon, ginger and brown sugar with pine nuts floating in it--delicious.

When my meal came, I realized what they had been trying to explain to me. The "barbecue" was essentially a giant, bun-less hamburger slathered in a thin, sweet barbeque sauce and topped with chewy, sweet round things covered in sesame seeds. It was accompanied by six different kimchis, and while most of them were delicious, I was not a fan of the broccoli. The traditional spicy cabbage kimchi, however, was tart, tangy and just spicy enough. If I lived closer I would be a regular here.

A very welcome find in in Leominster! Excellent bibimbap, and pickled veggie dishes. The kimchi was fresh, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. The cinnamon tea provided as a finish to the meal was a very nice touch. I found the wait staff attentive, but not overly so; thank God. I'll definitely come back so that I can try other dishes.

Anyone who likes Thai, Chinese, or Vietnamese food, absolutely needs to try this place.  It is a lot bettter than any Asian restaurant I've ever been to.  If your thinking Chinese take out, get take out here instead, or eat in, as the interior is much nicer than any Chinese restaurant.  The food quality, and flavor will be 100 times better.  They may not have everything you might find at a Chinese restaurant, but they have some basics, that are popular.  They have their own version of a General Gau's Chicken, that is much spicier, and much tastier.  Their fried rice beats any that I've ever had.  Of course they have authentic Korean food, that you can't get anywhere else, and all that I've tried has been amazing to say the least.  Read all the other reviews.  They are spot on!  You need to try this place, you will not be dissapointed.

Driving along rt. 12 we stumbled along this cute little gem of a restaurant.  My husband, 2yr old and myself walked in and we were greeted by a very friendly employee.  It was a tad chilly when we sat down but that was a mere memory when the hot delicious food came.  We tried the more traditional Korean fare, beef Bulgogi and I had the Dolsot BiBimBop.  Both were very very good.  The waitress was great and always made sure we had water and we were happy.  At the end of the meal she gave us a brown sugar cinimon and ginger drink over ice, it was refreshing and very good.  Perfect ending to a great meal.  The decor could use a little help, but you don't notice it when you eat the great food.  one tip. When you get the small dishes before your main meal, ASK FOR THE MUSHROOMS!!!

Arisu was my first Korean food experience and boy was it a good one!  The staff are so super nice and the food is very good.  We went totally overboard with the food as we wanted to try everything.  We got a kimchee pancake appetizer and pork dumplings.  The dumplings were fried which was a new experience.  I think I'd ask for them steamed next time as they were just a bit tough and chewy.  The kimchee pancake was good but huge!  We had one piece out of it before our dinners arrived and never got back to it.  The little dishes of complimentary sides would've been plenty to start with but we were newbies and didn't know any better.  We got the Korean BBQ beef dish which was to die for and the pepper chicken (as I was warned) was hot but definitely doable.  Tasty without burning your face off but hot enough to not want it any hotter.  We will put Arisu into our usual rotation of places out to eat.

My friend and I happened to need dinner last night in Fitchburg. We drove by a little place that said "Arisu Korean Restaurant".  We entered to a warm welcome from the beautiful owner and staff.  The decor is new, contemporary and warm.  The menu was very enticing.  Right away, six complementary side dishes arrived, as well as a light and delicious hot steamed egg dish.  The vegetable tempeh we ordered was crisp, light and addictive.  There was a mix-up on one of our entrees (although the wrong dish was delicious).  Even though we had caused the confusion, the owner brought six hot crispy dumplings as a courtesy over the mix-up.  A unique post-dinner sweet iced drink of brown sugar and ginger was the perfect closing to this memorable dinner.  I would make a point of driving the 45 minutes from home to go back.  Highly recommended.  What a treasure!
