I've waited a long time to post this review because I was so incredibly frustrated with this company that I could not sit myself down and write a review about it until now.
I called numerous limo companies in hopes of finding the perfect transportation for our November 4th wedding. What made my search difficult was that we only needed the limo for 2 hours on a Friday night and almost every company states there's a minimum of 4 hours for renting a limo on a Friday night. Well, we really only needed a limo for half that time so I kept up my quest and eventually stumbled upon Aries Limousine. At first, Neal seemed like a nice enough guy so I talked to him about our 2 hour request and he said that would be no problem. He then requested a deposit over the telephone before even sending me a contract which I should have picked up on as MISTAKE #1. I said I would not give any credit card info until I received a contract so he sent it vial email and then I made the $70 deposit. This is what the contract looked like:

Neal mentioned via email that if his White Rolls Royce was available that he would rent it to us for 30 dollars more (I.E. 300 bucks total). On our wedding day it was available so we agreed to rent the RR. It was small, dated and there was no privacy once we got inside. Usually limos have that screen between the passenger and driver and the RR definitely did not have that so it was awkward sitting right behind this random man.
After only one hour Neil pulled into our neighborhood and our time was up. We CLEARLY had rented a limo for 3 HOURS, NOT ONE. Then he had the nerve to ask us for $300 for just that ONE HOUR in that stupid car. I can't believe I had to argue with this man on my wedding night. Neil is a horrible person and I would never wish his company on anyone, not even my worst enemy. Please go with a more credible company and learn from my mistakes. This company is not honest and is just out for your $$$.
